  • From this easy and awesome question, Shamcey quickly displayed disrespect, intolerance and selfishness. A Miss Universe beauty pageant representative, are not these things.

This question was not about religion, but rather how she would handle any personal belief and how it affects others, herself included.

And what is the 'my God' statement? Her God? or 'our God'?

  • WHATEVER i agree with shamcey answered great...becouse she has his own faith and principles because she grew up with her own religion and beliefs, they don'y care with other religion and beliefs because she is not born in any particular religions..she dont know what kind of other religions and beliefs that other country they has?GOOD ANSWER PHILIPPINES IGNORE THOSE LITTLE BRAIN THEY HAS TO DOWN YOU.BECAUSE YOU ARE HIGHER THAN THEY.

  • It's not really what she said but how she said it! She seems rushing. Sorry but to the point that it appeared to everyone her poise slipped. One of the top most wanted character in a lady is grace. And in fact her answer is also stupid and inefficient. For example, that other person could also say that "if you love me too you would love my god as well", right? Hence, the answer was pointless.

  • dito nanaman sila??? lol!

  • I feel this question was great. How you would you answer it? What did the judges want from the delegate? The judges wanted: a graceful solution and a humble, yet firm stance on her own beliefs, BUT she did not even consider HIS. Sharing spirituality and God’s love was thrown out the door immediately! And she totally ruined it when she said: "my God". Who is HER God? On tour, people from all over with different spiritualites would want to know that, and what would their representave say?

  • her answer was alright but she deserved a higher finish than 3rd runner up

  • I think she may have misinterpreted the question, maybe she thought that the person she loves (in the question) didn't want to marry her because of her religious beliefs and wanted her to change that or wouldn't marry her until she changed her religious beliefs. Than that would be reasonable to say she wouldn't marry him b/c who would want to marry someone who wants to change who you are?

  • This wasn't a bad answer. It was a bad question. Beauty pageants are strange events.

But she is a very beautiful lady and she will certainly do well in life, I'm sure.

  • Hey usofa and halfbreed, you obviously lost in the debate with Rmos22 ... And btw, I'm not Rmos22.

  • @carmieh You must be a one-sided bias filipino.

  • @RMos22 You retard, anyone that doesn't agree with your wet-dreams of beauty pageant superiority or super ineligence responses is a 'hater' or a 'racist'. RETARD!!!

You are a atheist and a hater of facts and the truth. You are racist to anyone that disagrees with your backward arrogance and hateful hypocrisy.

  • @RMos22 And you soung exactly like CalLady90, fashionistah08, asiaworldful, evesantosful, modespark, etc. Am I right? Just because you are corrupt and unethical, doesn't mean we are all like you. Look, the facts are on our side. We agree becuase the facts do not chance. The truth does not change. We all agree on facts and truth. Get it??? NO??? that is why you are a FAILURE!!!

  • @halfbreedhalfbreed1 What an idiot this RMos22 is. Intolerance, disrespect and.selfishness are still things that Shamcey showed the judges. Ask the judges. These are things that anyone can see, except pinays/pinoys. Why can't u see this? We all do. u can't even figure out the venus' question, so this one is just as confusing to u. pinoy/pinay ppl are still wondering what Baldwin asked venus and why she gave gibberish in her response.

  • @RMos22 Speaking of living in a 3rd world country.

How is it living in the worlds largest slum? Tondo, Manila!

  • @lallinggl I think Halfbreedhalfbreed is right. I am beginning to believe his theory about a person with multi accts, and RMos22 is the one.

Did you see MRos22 comment about stop calling the universe winner a queen? hahahaha!

  • @usofa1492 oh yeah! I've caught AT LEAST two "new" accounts that share: (1) IDENTICAL grammar errors and (2) elementary style English sentences like those written by the Infamous Filipina Sex Slave @CaLady90. I'm sure there are more, but for sure I've caught two.

@RMos22 I is not @CaLady90. But I'm sure its another filipino with multiple accounts.

  • @lallinggl Good deal. The reason I suspected it and what is so unusual is that once I start discussing topics, their thoughts begin to become askew and they turn so defensive and angry when I try to reason with them. They hate being corrected or confronted. That's why we all say they are defensive and hypocritical.

  • @usofa1492 Correct! They want to live in their dream-world of lies and made-up success, etc, and who ever comes near it or wants to verify any of their claims, WATCH OUT!!! They scream racists or haters (almost on cue). LOL!!!

They are so narrow-minded, they cannot see another person's talent, skill, beauty, accomplishments if they are not filipino; they are totally blind to them. They resent and are jealous of them, rather than being happy or congratulatory.

  • @usofa1492 Yeah, I was about to say something like that.

Shamcey should have been more sensitive too all people's beliefs not matter what beliefs that are. Shamcey should have pushed tolerance and respect instead of giving her own personal and selfish thoughts. She should have given sensitivity to others first and how tolerance and respect would benefit the situation.

  • @RMos22 What Shamcey meant and what she said, cost her points - plain and simple. Are you atheist??? I am asking that because you seem you never went to church. Don't you know that Allah, God is the same GOD??? Only the scriptures, writings, Torah, Koran are written and interpreted differently and people worship God differently. Don't you ever come her and try to explain there are different Gods. 'Think' before you comment again!!!

  • @RMos22 Tell me again what “God who created me” had to do with the question? How did that relate?

You need to pratice<--(practice) intolerance<--(tolerance) yourself. It’s clear you have no idea what you’re saying, and have no way to articulate it in English.

“Stop using the word Queen to describe the MU winners”< Are you insane??? They ARE Queens.

  • @RMos22 Her response was arrogant and selfish. Shamcey said: "he should love my God too" “MY GOD”??? That by itself is very selfish. He's not your God. How would Muslims or other faiths feel hearing Shamcey saying "her God"???

Shamcey said all the wrong things; her answers were all negative and not sensitive to other’s beliefs.

"God who created me" What does this have to do with anything?

  • @halfbreedhalfbreed1 Does a straight person need to change his/her sexual orientation and become gay just to be tolerant of homosexuals? Of course not. Intolerance is a higly abused term and I hope you understand the fallacy of your logic and stop twisting Shamcey's words to suit your pre-conceived biases.

  • What I am saying is this: She could have said something that would not insult other religions. She forgot that the queen will be touring the world meeting many people with different religions, political agendas, social make-ups, etc. Being sensitive and tolerant crosses all the line of respecting a person’s personal beliefs, whatever they may be.

  • @halfbreedhalfbreed1 Let me ask you a question. Are you tolerant of other people's religious beliefs? I'm guessing your answer is "Yes"...which means that you don't have to convert to another person's religion to respect/accept/support their beliefs. Shamcey respects her fiance's religion but she does'nt want to convert as a condition to get married. Both can keep their religion w/o converting and still make their marraige work.

  • @halfbreedhalfbreed1 Shamcey is not rejecting her fiance's religious belief. The fact that their relationship got to the point where she got engaged means she accepts and understands her fiance's religious beliefs that is different from hers. Not wanting to convert does not maker her any less tolerant than if both of them were to keep their religous beliefs.

  • Respect & tolerance is accepting a person no matter what he/she beliefs in. It’s a ‘personal quality’ a Queen should have that naturally. This ‘personal quality’ is respecting and tolerating a person’s own thoughts, beliefs, ideologies, convictions, etc. But this is a ‘personal quality’ & this also applies to any belief, not only religion, but also politics, social, etc.

Respect & tolerance does not apply just to religion, God or converting. "I will not marry him" is not tolerance or respect.

  • @C86153805 Shamcey is not rejecting her husbands beliefs. She just does'nt want to be converted. If the question was - Would you mary your fiance who has a different religious belief than yours, then that would entail a different answer. You keep in obfuscating tolerance with converting to another person's religion.

  • @C86153805 The reality is couples with interfaith marraiges are 3 times more likely to get divorced/separated than same-religioun couples. You'e basically asking her to throw away the very reason for her whole human existence and blindly accept the man's wishes just so you can label her as tolerant. With that glaring statistics, I'm glad she's using her brains in making a choice. You're obfuscating Shamcey's right to keep her religion beliefs to a path of failed marraige in name of tolerance.

  • @usofa1492 If you think Shamcey's reasoning is intolerant then what about the the millions of couples who married w/o converting to other person's religion. Does that make them also intolerant? Just because some people do not want to convert does not mean outright rejection of the other person's beliefs. They can still make their marraige work and be respectfull of each other's religion.

  • Comment removed

  • @C86153805 Remember the question was if she was willing to be converted to the man's religion as a pre-conditon to getting married. I have a cousin who is a Catholic who is married to a Jew. Neither of them wanted to drop their religious beliefs. That does'nt make them intolerant. Perhaps if Shamcey and the man can keep thier religion w/o converting, she would have probably acquiesed to getting married. Why should she be the only one to convert, it seems to me that its the man whose intolerant

  • @RMos22 Hey, your ranting is on a different subject. It's just like last year's; Venus disaster (Venus had no idea what the question was either). This years was not about religion, but how the delegate; that randomly picked it; would handle the situation. Just like Venus, Shamcey failed, and I along with @C86153805, a lot of people, and the judges agree with the “bad” answer. Rejection of her fiance because he is of a different religion is called: "intolerance". Not my tolerance!

  • @RMos22 all these questions are to gauge the candidate's resolve and get her to display her level of humility and fairness in her duties as miss universe. as a representative she would be dealing with many nations and people with many different religion, social ideologies and cultures. It takes a tolerant and respectful person deal with so many variances.

Shamcey quickly said she will reject her own fiance because he has different thoughts and spiritual beliefs.

  • @C86153805 Abortion rights advocates argue that pro-lifers should not force their morality on others and they should be allowed to chose what they do with thier body. Pro-choice is about intolerance. Shamcey has the right to choose her future and your intolerant of her religious beliefs by demanding her not to choose.

  • @C86153805 She's choosing the life she wants to have and your forcing her to choose the life you want her to be. Your the one who is intolerant. I don't know what your beliefs are but it would be very hard for you to understand where she's coming from if your not a religious person. She's probably spent 20+ years of her life worshipping the same God and to suddenly throw that away is just imaginable. Its like abondoning your birth mother in lieu of adopting his mother in law as your dear mother.

  • @RMos22 intolerance is not making a choice; let me say that up first. the judges just wanted see how she would treat her own fiance, and more importantly, others too.

the man can be her friend, but why not her husband, because he has a different religion? if she accepts him, respects his beliefs, or any beliefs, the judges can say that she can represent the miss universe as being tolerant and respectful of all nations and all people of the world and their beliefs. see the difference?

  • @C86153805. If you think Shamcey's answer was wrong then you yourself are intolerant of her beliefs.

  • @C86153805. Just because Shamcey does'nt wan't to marry a man who has a different religion does'nt mean she's intollerant of other people's beliefs. Than man can still be her friend and she can still respect his beliefs. Thats her choice. Many interfaith marraiges have worked. Thats their choice. And there are atheist who don't want to marry a religious person. That's their choice as well. There is no right or wrong answer here.

  • she stands for what she believes and that is faith! acceptable or not by the whole race religion or even universe! whats important is she answer it by what she believes in period!

  • @hitomio Having tolerance has nothing to do with faith, or God or what she believes in. It’s all about how you TREAT OTHERS with different beliefs than you. You can have tolerance towards someone that has a different belief than you and accept them / respect their beliefs; Shamcey sure didn't. That's why she lost.

  • The comments amuse me

  • Dumb answer... lol...

  • Who said that it is compulsory to answer without interpreter to win the crown? Also, it doesn't means that if Shamcey was the only one in answering without translator, nowe the Philippines is the only with a high level of education. All of them answered wisely in their own languages. Is that bad? Since Oprah gave her opinion about this pageant, now most filipinos thinks that she deserved to win for answergin in english. That's very ignorant...

  • @DarkBrawlerLink first, the Oprah statement was proved to be a lie! A lie made up by bitter, jealous, hate-filled, vindictive 'dumb' filipinos. Second, these filipinos are acting like the EVIL step-sister in Cinderella, while the princesses (Jimena and Leila) are on their fairytale honeymoon (year-long reign). All the previous queens used their OWN traditional language to answer the judges. Where else can you be proud of your own unique and beautiful language in front of the whole world???

  • @halfbreedhalfbreed1 Absolutely! Where else can you be proud and speak your national language in front of the world? that is what this contest is for, not speak a foreign language. why can't ppl undertand that simple ideology? It appears that the philippinos assume they can speak proper english and determined [[on their own]] that now everyone has to speak english due to the fact they think they can. I can't understand that foolish logic of theirs.

  • @usofa1492 The fact that your making a fuss over the choice of language shows that you're on just the same shallow level as the very people whose logic you deemed foolish.

Try to imagine a world where there is not a single culture bound to the same selfishness you exhibit. You can't because people like you are scattered all over the world like flies on rotting fruit. Her actions were not of colonial hypocrisy but of prudence.

  • @usofa1492

Her stance as a christian alone was enough to prove her Filipina identity

  • wag kau away haha.. pare2ho tayung pinoy ! so shut the fuck up stop hating!

  • It's funny how filipinos think that a Miss Universe candidate who speakes English well deserves the crown over the one who doesn't even if the other candidate is more beautiful. That is discriminatory and ignorant.

  • She is basically saying "If you want to marry me, you have to change YOUR religion" not me.

  • @gadslca acknowledge/accept not exactly change

  • Religion-related questions should not be asked to Filipinos.

  • Shamcey Supsup is a testament of Pinoy idiocrazy,

  • The most selfish and intolerant answer in the history of the pageant. How could she turn her back on her love? She won't change her religious beliefs and that is her decision and that is fine. But, she wouldn't respect his beliefs? She wouldn’t tolerate his religion? He has to belief and thinks like she does.

    That is not a queen.

  • @halfbreedhalfbreed1 does respecting beliefs mean converting? She's saying that her lover should respect her religion and she will respect his

  • @crimsloch What are you talking about? Your comments below are gibberish, at best. it's copy-and-paste to me and usofa, WTF?

If Shamcey rejected her love because he is a different religion, that's called being disrespectful of his personal beliefs. She is really says she cannot tolerate being around anyone that believes different from her, it's selfish! A queen is not selfish, intolerant or disrespectful. These things are personal traits and qualities. Not about religion.

  • @halfbreedhalfbreed1 i agree to you. she rejected her love because of she does not know how to accept him. she reject his own thoughts, ideas and believe. does this apply to everyone too? i think that she cannot share God's love which I belief that is God's wish and will. she is going against God's will then. horrible bad answer from philipines.

  • @de1anddeonly1 Being tolerant, accepting and respectful of others is a personal quality, no matter the situation. I would never want to be around someone that cannot respect me because I have different thoughts, ideas or beliefs.

Shamcey said she won't change her religion. By saying that she showed she is devout, which can be taken two different ways. One, she is dedicated to her beliefs, and two she thinks her religion is the right one, and everyone else is wrong.

  • Comment removed

  • @C86153805 Everyone thinks their own religion is the right one and it's called " FAITH in their own beliefs". =) I can respect and understand other religions, but I will never change my religion because I have FAITH in my GOD.

  • @fashionistah89 I agree, shamcey even said she won't change her beliefs for anyone, neither would I.

She messed up when she said that wouldn’t marry him. Why won't she marry him? She really was saying that she can't accept anyone that beliefs different from her, or respect anyone’s personal beliefs, or tolerate anyone that believes different from her, whether its religion, political or any thoughts or personal beliefs they have.

  • @C86153805 You just don't say what Shamcey said, bottom-line. Shamcey could have said something more eloquent and humble with that question. I would have said that I hoped that he would respect my religious beliefs as I would his, and that as Queen I would tour the world with tolerance and respecl for all the world's religions. I would not say: "I will not marry him because my religion is the correct one". Shamcey done f'd up!

  • @fashionistah89 Faith is your absolute belief in God, and his promises to deliver us from this life of wars, violence, disease and death. Faith in your own beliefs? Where did you get that from? Did you ever go to church?

  • @usofa1492 "Faith in their own beliefs"??? What in the f_ck that does mean? Now I know where Shamcey went so wrong. HOW do you have faith in your OWN beliefs??? You’re right; in this case, ‘faith’ means faith in God, not your OWN beliefs. How can you have faith in your OWN beliefs anyway?

If that doesn't spell selfishness; I don't know what does.

  • she really amazed me with her answer :)))

  • KAYA KA NATALO SUMOBRA TALINO MO.SASAGOT KA NA LANG MASYADO MO PANG INARTE.IBA ANG DIYOS SA TAO

  • @ppooot Dude, get a life. We should be proud of Shamcey even if she didn't win! Let me ask you. If you're on her shoes, what do you think you'll answer? IF you only know that it's hard standing in front of a huge audience and the people around the world watching it. Besides, you don't fully understand Shamcey's answer. Don't judge a person easily! GO SHAMCEY! IGNORE THE CRITICISMS!

  • I think it is sick to to bring religion in the these type of contest, this question in uncomfortable, and any how its answered, it will drew criticism from one person or another.I think Its to personal.Vivica Fox should not have chosen that question. But even so I don't think Miss Philippines should have even been in the semi finals or finals. Sorry she just wasn't that beautiful or exceptional. I love the winner, she had it all. At the moment she stepped in stage, it was over for everyone else.

  • @merchette14 I do want to add, I am not from Africa, and I not of African decent, I am so what I said in my previous post, was simply based on the make up and style of the winner, and it was objectively given. She deserved the crown.

  • @merchette14 the question that has been answered to Miss Phillippines is all about the faith and your relation to GOD, When Miss Philippines answered the question, she perfectly true because the bottomline of all things is from God.

  • @FiIipinoUnqqoy - its not about her religion but her choice in life. STUPIDA! At least she said something not just to impress the judges but because thats her belief! Di gaya mo, mga gasgas na sagot at pahtetic answer ang isasagot.

  • @FiIipinoUnqqoy she is not even catholic lol

  • @sarahfromthesun - BOBO!!! Katoliko lang tao sa mundo?!

  • she completely deserved the crown yet the answer was pretty horrible.

because the first PERSON that I love is God.....

    God is a person?

    that caused her downfall

  • @emotie1992: maybe what she meant with her answer is that she wanna marry the person which she shares the same belief :-)

  • go gensan!

  • Her response was so selfish. There is only one God, all the religious beliefs are men, made. Therefore, when there is a mutual love and respect, there is nothing to change. We all believe in love, peace, and respect because our religion stands for these beliefs.

  • she nailed that one

  • 'If that person loves me, should love my god too.'

Interesting condition that for others to be accepted they must first commit themselves to a faith or religion that is held by another.

This religious condition through blackmail, bribery, fear, threat of either physical or divine punishment is what has made the world as crazy as it is today.

Being who you are is fine, and people should love you for that, but refusing to give up faith then conditioning others to appreciate yours is hypocrisy.

  • @Dazzletoad if there's a deceiver, it means there are people who allow themselves to be deceived

  • @crimsloch The other way around makes sense. Where there are people to be deceived, conditions give rise to a deceiver.

Im not sure why u aimed that at me but if what u said is an argument then its a fallacy and just because people allow themselves to be deceived doesnt give weight to the deceptive story they are inducted into, no matter how many people believe it.

    O.o"

  • Since 2007 up to 2011 the viewers, the host of the show and even the Philippine organizers of the Miss Universe pageant knew the mechanics of the competition:

All contestants started the competition; the top 15 moving to the swimsuit competition. From there, 10 were selected for the evening gown competition which halved the contenders to 5.

All top 5 candidates are equally beautiful but the winner will be decided solely on one final question.

  • Personally she sounded narrow minded and small. The question was your religious belief, not your belief in God. All Religion seem believe in God or some form of God. I also don't understand why her being able to speak English is a plus for winning Miss Universe, this is an international competition, and that includes speaking different languages, hence the reason for interpreters. Her beauty is also in question, she is very pretty, but all the contestants were beautiful. Miss Angola is no 1.

  • Pero alam ninyo medyo mataray ang dating sa pagsagot ni Shamcey. Di tulad ni Ms Angola na smile... smile.. smile. Sabi nga ni Lea Salonga, di ba, it's the overall impact. Mataray na nga ang sagot na parang it's my way or no way, mataray pa ang aura ng mukha ni Shamcey. Just saying!

  • Come on guys... if Jeannie Mai is Chinese then she's not in favor of Shamcey's answer , I guess that's just normal. Remember most Chinese are Buddhist so you can't expert her to cheer for Shamcey.

  • grabe your very beautiful shamcey ! god bless everyday!

  • Chinese...Filipinos same shit!! Both are very ugly!!!!!

Why hasn't the philippines won a MU crown in 38 years???

    Says a lot!!!

  • @lallinggl awwwhhhh . whats the matter , still upset about miss mexico not even making it to top 15 , why don't you go clean your neigh bores toilet you shitskin spic!!!!

  • @lallinggl shut up you're the one whose ugly!!!!! and i bet even your mother will say you're ugly!!!!! so shut up bitch!!!!!! the whole world know that they are beautiful and the whole world doesn't even know you're existence!!!! you have no right to say those things. Those words that you say about them are not for them they are meant for the likes of you faggot!

  • common thinking is not always an intelligent opinion.

  • omg, are you Filipino? Girl, we sisters! just kidding, but i cant believe she lost. ugh.

  • JEANNIE MAI is one of the commentator of the pageant. She was rude to our Miss Universe--Shamcey Supsup. It was pretty obvious! She gave such reactions as 'aghhhh!'... sounding like 'duh!' when it was her turn to walk 'd stage, and skipping or not giving any credit to her rather focusing on the shows sponsors. That's just an utter disrespect!

I don't even know her name prior to this. But she has a TV show (Style Network, 'How do I look?') Pls. don't watch her show! Ban this bitch!

  • @pinoyNdUS She's an American of Chinese-Vietnamese descent. She's just too jealous because her parents countríes never won any beauty contest. Well I'm so sorry Miss Mai. Chinese mongoloids are not appreciated in international beauty contests.

  • @tsopita2 yup, i guess she's just jealous. i can't think of any reason why she acted that way, not unless she's belittling Shamcey. 'd other commentator is Shandi Finnissey, an american, was actually very nice to all 'd contestants. It was JEANNIE MAI who also made a comment that Shamcey herself didn't even expect to be one among 'd top 5, and Shandi was like, she's just humble. Watch 'd show again. Notice all 'd comment...

  • @pinoyNdUS poor Jeannie Mai. I'm sure that chink is eating her heart out. After decades of competing, her parent's country can't still win a beauty contest in spite of their half a billion female population. Poor chink.

  • @tsopita2 spread 'd news. ban that bitch!!!

  • MISS PHILIPPINES Q_Would you change ur religious beliefs to marry the person you love, why or why not?

    MissPhilippines A-

"If i had to change my religious belief i will NOT marry the person that i Love, because the first person that i love is GOD who created me and i have my Faith my principles and this is what makes me who I am.If that person loves me should love my God too..thankyou!

awesome! you should be the crowned miss Universe 2011..the only candidate speak english well!

  • @emotie1992 The problem with her answer is at the end, when she says: and if that person loves me, should love my god too. She is not willing to change her believes but expect the the person who she "loves" to do it? That's being selfish.

  • @gadslca i think she meant was to accept her religion, means let her not changer her belief and that the person who loves her would love the god she believes in without the two of them changing their beliefs..

  • God bless you, Shamcey Supsup!

  • ca somebody tell me what shamcey say after answering the question?? the brazilian language??

  • @TheKatrinaValenciana She actually said "HE SHOULD love my God too." not "SHE'll love my God too"

  • Miss Philippines 2011 Question and Answer:

Vivica A. Fox: Would you change your religious beliefs to marry the person you love? Why or why not?

Shamcey Supsup: If I would have to change my religious beliefs, I would not marry the person that I love. Because the first person that I love is God, who created me. I have my faith and my principles, and this is what makes me who I am. If the person loves me, SHE'LL love my God too.

    Actual words of Shamcey.

  • @TheKatrinaValencia please listen well: It's not SHE'LL love my God too, but it's SHOULD love my God too. :)

  • @TheKatrinaValencia i think at first i heard "she'll love my God too" as well, but if you really listen to it closely she said "he should love my God too." miss philippines pronounced "he should" too fast that it sounded "she'd" (she should) or "she."

  • It's NOT unfair. She chose not to make use of an interpreter. She could just as easily have spoken in Filipino and have had an interpreter translate for her. Ity's her choice so it's not unfair.

It'll be unfair if the contest made it a prerequisite to use English as there are simply some countries who are not as fluent in it as others. The Westerners would surely dominate.

  • She so radiant :))) prettier than the previous Ms.Universe winner :)))

  • bingi she said should or he should masyado kayp perfectionist kaya hindi tayo umuunlad puro kayo negative move on sorry perfect ka ata

  • Comment removed

  • Let us have a concerted campaign for changing the somewhat crooked system of Ms. Universe and make English as a pre-requisite to all candidates.

  • Miss Universe 2011 Leila Lopes of Angola, to be dethroned for falsifying Documents!

The reigning Miss Universe Leila Lopes of Angola is feared to be dethroned, according to a newspaper in Argentina.

An Infobae newspaper of Argentina disclosed a report, accusing Lopes on falsification of documents.

Lopes allegedly falsified her documents just to enter the qualifying contest in England and to become the official representative of Angola.

  • @idolista1 Well it doesn't matter how hard you try, and even if Miss Angola was disqualified, Miss Supsup, still wouldn't get the crown, she was in third place.Accept the winner with the same grace as Miss Supsup has. Because so many people from her country, being critical of the winner, she had to keep making statement and asking her country people to accept the winner, Follow her lead and act with dignity. There is nothing worst than a sore loser, Miss France holds that title.

  • @merchette14 how pathetic people could be...without understanding what i posted. It didn't came from my mouth. it's from an argentine article. just visit this site abcnews.go.com. what i posted above came from another site or if not just type this on your #fb "miss angola faked her papers".

  • the HE part was too silent that u could only hear the SHOULD word which you guys mistakenly heard as SHE. and please stop criticizing.. she's imperfect and so are u.

  • Miss China to Miss Angola - You can have the crown, but sorry Miss Angola, that crown is made in CHINA - hehehe

  • @top5bybigcat hahahah,...like it,....you're so funny,...It made me laugh so much,..

  • if you're deeply rooted on your faith in God, probably you'll answer the same as with Shamcey.. there's nothing wrong with her answer, it just so happened na some people don't believe in God nor they have any religious beliefs... Ms Universe has to be universal and can easily adapt from one culture to another, and they saw that to Ms Angola...anyway, I'm happy that Shamcey won 3rd runner up.... back to back placement for Philippines since last yr. yahoo!

  • Her answer should be practical. Why do you have to become a martyr? Kung ganun ka ka religiyoso. Tingnan natin, diba papasok karin sa showbiz and baka later into politics. POOR ANSWER, PINOY LANG NAKAKA APPRECIATE NG ANSWER MO SHAMCEY.

  • Shamcey should have won.

  • why do you say this is perfect? didn't you notice her wrong use of pronoun, she said SHE'D instead of HE'D, there was also a noticeable pause there that I'm sure she was trying to think of the next words to say, nevertheless it's admirable that amongst them all, top 5, she was the only one who could speak the universal language

  • @tobsyerto34 supsup said " he should" love my God too not "she'd" love my God too

  • @tobsyerto34 she said "he'd", and even if she said "she'd", at least she didn't had a interpreter,

  • @tobsyerto34 put your damn speakers up, replay the video and listen attentively... she said "HE SHOULD" not "She'd".

  • @tobsyerto34 the heck? she said "should" not "she'd". and even if she did, one mistake doesn't make a big difference as long as you get what she meant. also, she said it from point blank. and oh, ur saying that a perfect answer needs no pause? i hope u had done that urself. stupid comment

  • She's so pretty!

  • TAMA!! GOOD ANSWER SHAMCEY!!
