  • I lost the weight by eating veggies, fruit, lots of fiber about 25g, 2 gallons of water a day an egg and fruit for breakfast, tuna and salad for lunch and boiled chicken, 1/2 cup rice, veggies, and more salad.

    i swam about 3000yd a day

    i ran about 5 miles an hour for 1-1 1/2 hours

    and did some cardio and slight lift weights

    Lastly i had 1 pill of acia berry from cvs every day and 3 cups of acia berry juice

  • I used Google for college student weight loss programs and I came across your website. I am really excited to start the program but sad that I wasn't able to start from the beginning.   • I'd love to participate! It's an old chiche that once you get married you let yourself go. I can't believe it's actually true. In the last 3 months since I got married, I've put on a LOT of weight. (This is probably more to do with sitting at home working on my MA dissertation though.) The dissertation is done and I've been thinking of how if I don't get in shape before Christmas I'll be in SERIOUS trouble. This is exactly the motivation I need!

    i want to say that you are probably my idol. You inspire me everyday to get active, and treat my body to healthy living. You are so pretty!

    I am 14 and i am overall thin, but i have some stomach fat that is bringing me down everyday. I feel sooo self-councious. but i love to workout which i guess is good.

    Thank you for doing something like this I am almost 17 years old and have been working on losing weight and getting in better shape. I eat healthy thanks to my mother and I being health nuts to say. I am going to do this challenge and maybe even lose more!

    You've definitely motivated me and inspired me to join this challenge, but I don't have a scale to actually gauge how much weight I'm losing in NUMBERS. If I participate by updating you on my food record, what sort of exercise I've been doing, and updating you on the challenges you pose each week (like preparing snacks ahead of time) would I still have a fair shot at winning?

  • I've been eating good and exercising before and doing portion control but can't seem to lose a pound, I would gain weight for that matter. The more I exercise the more weight I put on (muscle) I do everything right. I got some blood test done and everything came out good. I just can't figure out what it is? Is there a way to lose fat and weight but without gaining all that muscle weight?

  • its still going on my breakfast is simple n keep on changing, take normal lunch small portion, no colas, bottled n processed juices, no direct sugars,

    not more than 1 loaf of white bread in the whole day,

    evening jogging dailyn no eating heavin after 6pm,

    its a life style,

    eat every thing in ur cultural settings n avoid process n bottled food, exercise, exercise,------------trick ur body to avoid starvtion mode

  • Hey sarah I am following up ur diethealth channel n this one n I suggest that I have lost 19 kgs in 7 months by cautious eating in my own cultural settings with minimum ncost effective ways,

    I am was 95kg, age 38years, waist sise 38inches, color size 16.5inches, height 5feet.7.5inches

    I m now 76kgs reduced 1 incolor size, wasit now 32inches from 38inches,

    I have been eating fruits n vegitables, chicken fish n run, jogg n sprint daily, spent full muslim month of fasting n even jogg,-------

I weighed myself yesterday and i was 10st 11 (151lbs)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and I weighed my 3 year old, who is 3 stone (42)....and thats how much i have to lose to get back to th weight i was at the start of last year! ...I picked him up and he was heavy so I definitely have my ork cut out for me!!! I started back walking again last night and cuttin out junk and eating breakfast with him, so hopefully this is the beginning of gettin old skinny tight body Jocelyn back!!!!

  • @lillove01 Well, you are still growing. If your BMI says you are overweight (I'm not a fan of the BMI but for this purpose I'll use it) then sure, if you are healthy weight, it may not be a great idea because you don't want to mess with your metabolism at a young age.   • i have this awesome trail mix mix from winCO. its called harmony. it has m&m's, peanuts, almonds, and raisons. is that good? if not, what are some good trial mixes out there that are ggrrrreat?

  • @selenagomezfan117 Look for minimal sugar added, low sodium and portion controlled. Trail mix is good but only as long as your know how many calories you are eating...

  • The three tips that you suggested really do work! Along with the three tips and exercising 5-6 days a week, I have lost 15 pounds since July. I plan to lose another 15 pounds (10 of those by Halloween!). This is a great challenge Sarah, and I hope many will join, not for the prizes, but for the personal results. My self esteem has gone up and I feel more energetic and happy.
