@DuoDD I am going to say learn how to Double leg first, you can learn a parafuso before you learn how to double leg but I think learning out to get your legs together and kick the move will help make it easier to do. so I would say double leg then parafuso. Try it out, to each his own
i can do it so easy but 540 is like pain for me
