Freighters move very fast in New York. Are they affraid of being robbed? :)

Here in Massachusetts, they can only go 25 to 30 MPH, and those are ones that are moving. I've seen some that barely make double-digits, then again, those are quite long.

@cannycart I was close enough to it that I probably could have. My dad and I thought that the train was on the middle track, and realized our mistake at the last moment. If it had derailed, we would've been killed. :(
