i can see ur scared of this bike..... begginer bike are ment to revved past the red buddy! i have the same tires on my 2011 CBR125R :P... how far do u lean this one? i cant lean very far on mine coz the damn exhaust gets caught on road.... thinking about buyin this one, hows it go?
hey, for the yoshi slipon pipe, that cover that covers where the pipe and exhaust join, does that come with the exhaust, or is that just the part left over from the stock?
I would buy Ninja 250 instead of Aprilia rs 125 because its 250 so it makes better noise, its more durable, and most of all, it wouldnt lack power i would give my chick a lift.
@userantifa 2 stroke only has more torq which is very good for 0-60 run, power etc. But at the end of the day, 2 stroke engines are not as reliable, not as easy to run, more expensive to run, not as confy (vibrations) to ride on etc etc. Ohh and the biggest problem that i've experienced with two stroke is to strat it when its cold or havent been started over winter. As I said only real benefits of 2 stroke is torq and weight.
a slip-on is basically just the muffler.. when buying an exhuast for a bike you have 2 options.. slip-on, which keeps the standard header/pipe, changes muffler, or a full system, which changes the entire exhaust system.. slip-ons are more common, easier to install (although not hard anyway) and slightly cheaper..
Its a competition werkes fender eliminator and they run about $100 bucks. to 0057boogs im bout 5 5 and bout 150. u should be fine on a 250 and its a great bike to start on. I would say go to a dealer and sit on one and see how you like it.
Sweet bike dude!! I'm trying to get a bike 2... I was wondering how tall and heavy u are?? Because I'm 5'11 and 220. Do you think I'm 2 big for that bike?? I'm a beginer rider and I wanna start with a 250 first. What do u think??
You should be fine, I'm 5'11 and 194lbs (It can carry up to 370lbs so you'll be fine) and feel right at home on mine. It's all dependent how you position yourself on it. Just go to a Kawi licensed dealer and sit on it; if you're actually serious to buy a bike you owe it to yourself to sit on one first.
yea base price was 3999.00 but the parts, plus dealer fees, then title fees. i also got the prepaid maintenance for three years. so it ended up be a little over 5 grand.
@sportsfn1276 man thats horrbile rates! Were you in any accidents? Mines 350 a year with a ticket on my record. Where are you located? Maybe that has an effect as well.
@sportsfn1276 i bought this bike for exactly 3800.00 plus title and everything. The bike is a 2009 and has 1588.00 miles on it and insurance cost me 104.00 a year ;)))
