u go get the bowl at the living room.den go to the carrot king diner and ask a waitress to fill ur bowl with milk.den go to the old house again and ur character gonna put the bowl of milk on the ground so the cat will come down unless u turn on the water at the bathtub

do what she said and then go to the diner and ask to fill up the bowl with milk and go back to the old house place. Then put the bowl in the house on the bottom floor and go up by the cat and lead the cat and it will go down. After bring the cat to the lady at the work place. I hope that helped!
