It is not so difficult to make. The more you train the better you can make them. Dont be disappointed if the first time your buche de noel isnt how it should we. Try again and the result will be better !!

what if there's no cake flour available...is using all purpose flour gonna ruin the whole thing?...coz i dont think that there's cake flour in my country

It wont ruin it, but be very careful as to how long you bake it. If it is overbaked, it will get stiff and not be easy to roll.
