This is silly. The only point of Larp is to bring back the year 1100. That means you use hard sword and armor... Not plastic stuff but not steel either. And no hit points or that crap. Just fight til you give up or your enemy does. No freakin geek fighting either. But fight good using both shield and weapon. So you don't wanna get hit. If you do you will be in a big of pain xD

Uh sad to say this but, this would not be considered larp, it would be boffering. Boffer=straight fighting, with different games and such Larp=Live action roleplaying, playing as a character, wearing a costume and having a storyline. From what I see there is no storyline. So it's boffering, which is what I do.

ACtually theres a huge difference. In boffering there is no magic, no costumes, no creatures. Just guys in regular clothing meeting up and beating the crap out of each other with foam weapons. While Larp is the complete opposite. Only thing they have in common is foam weapons.
