He has stated repeatedly his firm stance against Drug Illegalization, as well as admitting various times (Once even on MSNBC) that he keeps one joint ready, to tidy up his work occasionally. He specifically stated ''It only takes me one hit now [To get high]''.
well i am sorry you feel that way mr. belfast atheist man. i am sorry for not being as cool as others. though i definitely have heard hitchens say that about pot (that he is someone who relies too heavily on his mind to potentially harm his memory).
i do not doubt that he is someone who has smoked before, and would probably again, especially considering his condition. i would love to see this proof, if only because the thought of hitch keeping one joint ready is pretty awesome.
@BelfastAtheist I'd never heard that before...can you tell me where he says anything on that issue? I am familiar with "George Carlin" saying the exact words you used to describe Hitch though! Great minds must be alike!
