Its very hard to say who exactly inveted some of the most useful things in histroy. There was always some earlier form of it somewhere else, rather these products form from collective technologies. Blacks have contributed a lot to society through culture, science, philosophy, and even sports (primarily boxing and basketball). I have learned that they can not only open their third eye like everyone else, they might even be better at it if anything. I truthfully do not know if any kind of race or eye color effects your third eye.
