MAAAN!!! I been tryin to find this FOREVER!!!! I had this on a promo 12" back in '95 & my crate that had this got jacked in ATL; was one of my "Yo what tha FUKIZDAT" exclusives....I traded 2 Heather B 12"s & 2 Fab Five doubles for this,...but you know I had 5 of them joints but dude ain't know......good times there, good times!!
this was not a hidden track. this joint came out in 1995 but was also featured as track #4 on there debut album "metropolis gold" which dropped on october 20, 1998. man knowledge ya hip hop! lol
@JustGod7 "Metropolis Gold" came out that late, I thought it came out in the Summer of 98'? But yeah, this does sound a little dated for 1998, good the added it to the LP still.
I think he meant MAD cats either slept on or didn't know about this 12" when it dropped.I remember my man, EZ Eddie D, played this joint 1 time (& 1 time ONLY) & I didn't hear from them again until "The Actual," dropped.
So sick. gettin productions by premier/pete rock/rockwilder, they did well..... SO RAW And Just off the cuff. where has real hip hop gone?
