I would argue that it's more Chuck's fault because he's an adult and Jenny is still a minor, and he took something she can never get back and took advantage of her, but that's all wrongs against Jenny, not against Blair. Technically, Chuck and Blair weren't together when he did it, so it's not cheating. He shouldn't have done it, and she shouldn't have either, but it's not so much an injury against Blair as it is against Jenny.
blair knew before that he was sleeping with other girls its the fact that its jenny humphrey. Chuck and blair werent a couple, and i know he should have told her but if you thought you had lost the one you love and you get them back are you seriosly going to ruin that? and he was heartbroken trying to forget her he thought he didnt love him anymore, people who dont get this dont understand chucks character. its the way he deals with heartache.

I like Jenny, but she agreed to it, so she should have kept it zipped or zip it. This is lousy writing and bad timing.
