Not surprisingly, the comments section here is largely a collection of conspiracy nuts clinging to any evidence they can to confirm their firmly held belief that the govt is evil and is plotting to kill everyone, or whatever.

While this video is interesting and looks legit (and old), if people were actually aware of some current secret and evil govt plan to do x, y, or z... wouldn't this secretive and evil govt simply silence anyone who was onto what they were doing?

These are declassified military experiments. It's important that you are aware of them, I suggest looking into it.

For example, the Zinc Cadmium experiments, Porton Down, MK Ultra, and the ones mentioned in this video (NY subway).

As for silencing people, the way things are organized prevents anyone from really knowing what's going on. Government ops are compartmentalized, so you only know as much as you need to know to get your job done. So until something is declassified we only get pieces.

These are the kinds of things people need to consider before they just dismiss the theories on chemtrails. The US government has without a doubt conducted secret tests on the public and military personnel in the past and exposed them to dangerous chemical/biological agents. Weather modification programs and technology do exist. Whether people want to accept it or not, we live in a reality where power and profit comes before public safety. The EPA demonstrated this for us in the days after 9/11.
