tell me whats the point of using the 1,2,3 etc keys, when you have to stand there and cast...when he has about 10 seconds too move his cursor to the next spell, whats the point...they don't have instant casts either.
if there is a problem such as your ally is dying and you have to heal him fastly you can stop easly your cast then cast another spell. another thing is that if you have short casting spells you can use your mouse to change targets and cast without going with your mouse around the screen... but you can change your tagets with a key... but is not clicking anymore...
If you want pvp, stay away from the Demonologist. As you can see from this vid, you are fodder for any melee class, pure and simple. Priests will simply outheal your dps (which isn't anything great- Tempests do just as well)

Dude in most mmos spell casters are overpowered hell as a demo you get a 12 sec root move that cannot be broken if you cant kill some1 in 12 secs you suck and therefore desrv to die

well don't just look at it in a WoW warlock sense you must remember Warlock type classes have been around for yonks, Neverwinter Nights, DnD based games, so i'd look at it as more Warlock/Necromancer
Don't look at Demonologist as a warlock or necromancer at all :P Demonologist is pure direct magic attack and AoE magic attack like mages/wizards in other games, if you wanna compare the warlock from WoW or Necromancer from D2 then compare it to the AoC Necromancer, it got lots of summons and DoT spells. Demonologist just get 1 lousy pet so they can still do some dmg while running from all the rogues ^^
Right now I believe the only one you can get into is from Fileplanet but I believe you have to pay for it and you still might not get in. At this point it might just be better to wait for the game to come out. If you don't want to pay all that money to try it find someone you know who bought it. The game comes with 5 free trial passes.
demo is a good class played with a friend a demo package was funny but i will defenitly be a hox cause i like the gameplay with it most and iv played preety well with it

From my experiance I did the best with the Barbarian. I sucked with the Assassin but I saw a lot of people doing really well with that class. Tempest of Set felt like a strong class too, maybe even OP? Spellweaving wasn't in the beta, once in it should beef up spell casters. It's hard to say what class is best though.

You're welcome and thanks! When I saw the NDA was lifted for the PvP Weekend I just had to bust out fraps and get some videos up. I saw a lot of people added music and so on over their videos so I left it out so you could get a feel of how the game sounds as well.

Assassins are very powerful, but theyre purely offensive and kinda squishy.
...and they're EVERYWHERE. Luckily, anyone can stealth.

I love the SFX of the Succubus flying about. She's part melee part caster it looks.
