I would have liked to add more dialogue and sound to the trailer but unfortunately the sounds and dialogue i wanted were already somewhat masked by their own soundtrack, which would have made a huge mess of things. so i opted to keep the sound out and just use the music i mixed. sometimes you just have to make sacrifices i guess...

Thanks for the high praise! Glad you liked the trailer. I used Final Cut Express HD to edit, but I used a couple of different pieces of free software to extract the footage i needed; one to decrypt dvds (which i owned), and another to export the clips i wanted to DV. everything is edited as DV then compressed during export to get maximum picture quality. hope that helps.

What tracks form the Batman Begins score did you use in this trailer?

i used portions of mollosus, barbastella, the track that starts with a "c" which i can't remember off the top of my head, and a portion of the music from the end credits, which is not on the official soundtrack album.
