Great information! This bureaucratic incompetency is the reason why trained n experienced urban guerrillas can defeat the US military or maintain them in a constant, costly, state of fear,mental fatigue and anxiety, that eventually will lead to opposition by their own troops and the public, n their eventual failure. High ranking officers in the Pentagon r only interested in the money they get from the military industrial complex and the promises of high paying jobs after they leave service!
