If you can't seem to pass this level, then just remember that behind each pillar on the ground floor there are polls that lara can climb up to get to Takamoto. Also, when he is about to attack - if he spins while he's standing, that means he'll do a high attack. If he spins quite low, that means he'll do a low attack. Try not to use lara's pistols, for they're the weakest weapon in the game. Try something like an assault rifle instead. And don't get to close! Or he'll hit you to the ground.
