i have those and they dont say pen on them, they are just thin permanent markers

i use these markers all the time and i do suggest them for graffiti (on paper) because they do something sharpies dont they blend very well

The Bic pen and their color choices are really nice. You do have to be careful about paper selection, since they tend to bleed a little bit. Hope you enjoy your new pens.
