Rules in the Arab wold run their countries the same way Gangsters run their Gangs, you disagree you got killed with your familly and any one who supports you, the west know and they don;t give a crap about the people, if the dictator serves their interest he's fine, if not they have to invade and promate democracy, where is the logic?
