I believe "Swing for the fences" is a baseball term, usually when people just swing as hard as they can. basically it's similar to other sayings like go big or go home, or all or nothing. not 100% sure though.

@eldiablo8713 Honestly, Rise Against isn't in my top five bands. They ARE the top 5 bands. I can't think of anyone that even comes close. Rise Against sings about things that really matter. And I'm not gonna hate on other genres. If you asked me what genre of music I listen to, I'd say Rise Against, because no one else does what they do.
