Wow... I would pay the 5 million in a heartbeat. Who ever was in charge of the decoration is a genius! I absolutely loved it. It has a certain French poshness yet it is very understated luxury. My favorite room was the paneled den.. Who am I kidding the whole place was my favorite!

Under 5 mil does seem like a steal. What a great place, spacious, nice detail, very comfortable "homey" feel, ridiculous terrace...love it. I would personally make it a little more 'bachelor pad' and a little less 'cutesy cottage,' but you can't deny that this is one amazing home. Thanks for the tour.

This is an amazing penthouse home. Sadly it is out of my range, yet truly a lovely home. Thank You for the many fine videos. I miss Chicago, looking forward to coming back to Sweet Home, Chicago, Next year.
