@johnt1458 I think it came from some cheesy documentary or advert i got from somewhere :/ can't really remember sorry - it doesn't have a title though, as far as i'm aware, it's just background music

@tenderfoots Sure, after effects any day! It's what all the pros use in the industry, however after effects is a lot more expensive than Vegas, also Vegas is really just video editing software, whereas after effects is more special effects stuff, but you could also use it for basic video editing as you would on Vegas. Hope that helps :)

how do you get the moving glow thing on number 4

The moving glow thing is called 'light rays' you find them under video effects. To move them about i key framed them. You should be able to find tutorials on light rays on youtube :)
