@counuer the only things I can suggest is hop in a time machine make sure u find two potential people to be your parents with the perfect genetic blend. Then grow up a hyperactive kid, go to William Knibb time it perfectly and meet Pablo McNeil, start training everyday (even the days other kids get to go home. Oh you'll be barred from having fun for a few years too), next you run 24 sec @ 14, 23 @ 15, @ 16 you should make it to the world juniors. Then there is all the stuff I don't know about
Bolt was running his first race of the season he needed to do nothing more 45 seconds is a good time. You all need to learn more about track and field
@greatgunz you're right...there isn't any reason to boo the guy, they should be proud of him...what's even more sad is that he gets so much love abroad by whites and other people but his local people are just jealous.
Not to be political, but that's why most black athletes try and stay away from black communities when they make it because they'll try their best to pull you right back down, and they never seem to want to give someone their credit for good work.

Seems like he relaxed in the last 100 meters. He could have run at least 1.5 seconds faster if he was running his full potential.
The first 200 meters is amazing. BTW, the guy in the second place was doing quite well until about 300 meters.
