As for those talking crap, this is a dyno...you start off in a gear (normally a 1:1 ratio gear) to get an accurate reading. Look up other big HP dynos...they dont get to redline instantly.
Considering this is a mustang, and its pushing 964hp, i'd assume some fairly large turbos, which would take awhile to spool.
@gtmustang543 You start out in the bottom of 4th gear and run from 2000 rpms to red line so that's what you are hearing, the bog at 2000 and then the spooling of the turbo followed by a massive rush of power...that's how a turbo works

Trust me, I thought it was complete bullshit at first too, but it actually works.
Compression is essentially a margin of error. You have more in a F/I car the lower the CR is. But given a high CR you don't have to use nearly as much boost if you, or your tuner is necessarily that good.
It took me seeing one in person but it works, and the best part is because of the high CR there's severely reduced lag.
it's probably because they started at a really low RPM because they are tuning it. In a real pull out on the street, he probably would never start out that low.

twin 88's? That would be a large frame T6 turbo. You couldn't spool them with a 4.6. A single turbo with an 88 mm would be challenged, let alone a twin. A friend twin 76 mm car made 2200 HP with a 418 stroker in a tueb chassis car. I smell BS.
the rollers on the back wheels contain a set weight, and by measuring how fast the wheels spin the weight, you get torque. put torque into an equation, and you get horsepower.
I'd personally leave the V6 alone with mild mods like the exhaust and stuff and get a V8 to really work and have for nights, weekends, and/or the track.
dumbest thing ive EVER heard right there. juggernaut my advice to you is. the mustang for 1 comes with headwork done. it isnt just a pussy 6CYL it is a "V6" it can take a beating. i do know that if you want to see high numbers, mill the head, port it, forged pistons, 20 pounds of boost you will break 650 MINIMUM. to turbo a stock stang. buy forged pistons, do some minor head work, fuel pump and braided lines run 15 pounds of boost depending on the turbo
You sure can. Check out HP performance or Hellion, both have kits for V6. Just keep the boost low or you'll break something, my advice would be keep it under 12 psi with a GOOD tune. I'd actually recommend something like a vortech s-trim or a small centri blower though over a turbo for your car.
most of you idiots that say the hybrids are more efficient are wrong the ls7 is way more efficient 27 miles to the gallon from a 7 liter v8 with 500 hp(71 hp per liter) or 45 from a 1.5 liter four cylinder with maby 60 hp without the electric motors(40 hp per liter)if the ls7 had four less cylinders it would have a 3.5l four banger with 250 hp and about 50+ mpg never needing electric moters so the v8s nowadays are way more efficent than the hybrids

So what was the key to go from 964 to 1300? my turbo was out of air at 864rwhp just put a much bigger turbo on it in hopes it will help.

I'd personally leave the V6 alone with mild mods like the exhaust and stuff and get a V8 to really work and have for nights, weekends, and/or the track.

dumbest thing ive EVER heard right there. juggernaut my advice to you is. the mustang for 1 comes with headwork done. it isnt just a pussy 6CYL it is a "V6" it can take a beating. i do know that if you want to see high numbers, mill the head, port it, forged pistons, 20 pounds of boost you will break 650 MINIMUM. to turbo a stock stang. buy forged pistons, do some minor head work, fuel pump and braided lines run 15 pounds of boost depending on the turbo

You sure can. Check out HP performance or Hellion, both have kits for V6. Just keep the boost low or you'll break something, my advice would be keep it under 12 psi with a GOOD tune. I'd actually recommend something like a vortech s-trim or a small centri blower though over a turbo for your car.

most of you idiots that say the hybrids are more efficient are wrong the ls7 is way more efficient 27 miles to the gallon from a 7 liter v8 with 500 hp(71 hp per liter) or 45 from a 1.5 liter four cylinder with maby 60 hp without the electric motors(40 hp per liter)if the ls7 had four less cylinders it would have a 3.5l four banger with 250 hp and about 50+ mpg never needing electric moters so the v8s nowadays are way more efficent than the hybrids

The earth has been heating up for three hundred years, in the last fifty years the rate of heating has slowed, in the 70's the goverment was saying we were heading for an ice age then some bonehead said carbon could warm things up, it was false because carbon was much higher during the ice age, all they want is taxes, if they care so much why are they spreading tons of DU all over the show, that stuffs deadly and it's in every breath we take but theres not a word on it.
