plus the force to lift a human that far has to be very very very great. the mans body is hanging which shows that his weight is heavier then the thrust, and also proves that he is being held up by a bungie rope of some sort. his body shows no thrust force from the water pack. he's dangling like a fish on a hook.

@gold0monkey thats why there was so much glare duh to hide the bungie rope plus the way he was standing IF he force was great enough to give him lift he would go flipping into the distance IF the force was great enough...

its fake. stop and start the footage from 1.08 and you can tell where they digitally touched up the footage where the bungie wire would be through the buildings in the background. as soon as the man hits the water the rope follows slowly moving across toward the left of the shot. is blurred digitally and you can see where the rope should be.
