tobz5050 on my personal site you'll find some more photos. Just note that for the jaws I have used hinge bricks (1 x 2) with double locking (part number 30386) and the tooth-plates are glowing in the dark (part number 49668). NeXTSTORM

You're 50% right! Those teeth (glowing in the dark) are from the "Deep Sea Predators" (set 4506) and the "Aqua Pod" (set 4339). The Dinosaur related sets have the same teeth but in other color.

Thanks robloxperson23! One of the challenges was to make the treads (and actually the entire tractor mechanism) stable and robust so to carry something more than 2.5 kg (the entire construction is about 2.8 kilograms).
