@kisame4ever98 No you don't must to have expasions or packs.That is downloaded from modthesims.Just write in the finder in mod the sims glass tiles and download it.

look,all you must to have isn't expasions or pack, you just must to go to fences in build mode and click on the low little fence(to be placed around flowers or trees)and just click on it and place it on the roof.you can also enter code moveobjects on/off if that dosen't workin'. if you don't know how to enter code click: shift,ctrl and c in same time.i hope it will works!!! good luck! :)

you can find them on miscellanius(plz excuse my spelling) build, then fences.

If you want to cheat with the glass tiles then just leave a space in the FLAT roof and then put fence around it. Doesn't work if u have ceilings ;)

i think you have to use transparent floor tiles and then flower box boarders for the finishing touch (making little squares)
