  • The new location this time was really good. No complaints this time around. However, it seems like the quality of these tournaments are dropping. the first one I went to was Impact Clash 3, and that was the best to me. Every one I go to now is just getting worse and worse. It's not enough TVs and systems anymore. Why are ya'll taking so many games off the list for tourneys? You're taking away the incentive to even come. More games mean more people, which means more equipment available to use.

  • Many of the games people don't want to register for so they get dropped. Games like TVC, KOF XII, 3rd Strike, Guilty Gear, Blazblue, etc. aren't really bringing much of a crowd anymore. Thus we have no choice to drop them. I can't really explain why people don't want to bring eqipment. After all it's free entry for those who do. That's up to each individual but until we can afford to provide all the setups that's something we must rely on the community for.

  • Just because it's not bringing as many people as previous tourneys doesn't mean you should drop it completely. Even if it's not much, it'll still bring people. Just have a separate list on the site and put those other games on it, specifying that those games aren't guaranteed, but if enough people join, there will be a tournament. I know friends that would come if certain games were back up, and they're even willing to contribute for equipment.

  • Like TvC for example, when the game wasn't out in America, I saw ya'll have a tourney in it. Well, why take drop that game after it comes out in America? Not many poeple have heard of it or was available to it until it came out. I'm one of those people. I don't see why it would hurt to keep certain games on the list. Even if it only brings one extra person, that's still more, and with possible extra equipment. Ya'll are taking away reasons for people to come when you should be adding to it.

  • Yeah, I absolutely hated the new place. The room was entirely too small, and there was no free parking. The location in Douglasville was so much better in more than one way.

  • Well it's a double edged sword. On one hand the Congress Center is more accessible and is bus/train friendly. So people without cars can make it. While the venue in Douglasville is not bus/train accessible, not near anything, and far away from a major road. Lastly the Congress Center's room rates are more expensive so a room like what we had in Douglasville at the Congress Center would be way to expensive. But many, many people did not like how far Douglasville was.

  • Well, it seemed like more people came when it was in Douglasville compared to this time. Either that, or it just looked that way because of the small room. I'll sacrifice a bit more of a distance of a drive if it means a room 4 times the size and free parking. I really don't care where it is...I just think at least a much bigger room is needed for such an event.

  • nice room. when will the next impact be? and where? hopefully not in douglasville. :(

  • This is in off Chamblee Dunwoody Road right off of I-285. It's bus accessible, train accessible, and easy to find right off the exit. No more Douglasville, I hated that place as much as you guys did. Also, it will be November 21th. I told her the wrong date in the video. :(
