Hmmmm, your posture because of the low cieling seems very uncomfortable and I would think not good for your spine. Plus, you are not reaping the maximum benefit of the workout by leaning on the frames; you gotta be in an upright position. Great machine none the less. They should create an enclosed one with different scenaries passing by, so it seems like ur walking outdoors.

the stair master my gyms got one. i am the best at them level 14 to 20 fast pace you can burn off 520 easy.

the hospital i do security at got a gym and turned it into a rehab thing and sold all the stuff so i got lucky:P

but i seen them on ebay for $3000 used but trust me its worth it this thing will put the pain on you!

i just got lucky and got the step mill, but if i had my pick i'd go for the step mill before any of that other stuff.

i think he's going to open his own gym now, he's a big guy too, big arms but big gut also too not up on it like you.lol
