All these projects remain on paper,it would be nice if thy were a reality,I see more than 100 nice buidings,eachone will cost atleast a BILLION $,so the cost of building them will be a minimum of 100 Billin $'s.Does Pak has that kind of money to spend on Buildings?Pak GDP is around 176 Billin $'s.Pak spend most of its money on Foriegn Debt servicing i.e paying interest on loan it barrowed & still barrowing.YOU GUESS when will these buildings be completed.Propably in yr 3011.

By the way these fancy projects are not going to get us a better future. If you are thinking Dubai, then i should tell you that not all the people of Dubai or U.A.E are encourging these fancy projects. Its a waste of money and resources to them.

A mega Pakistans project to me would be a project where the whole country develops all together, rather than driving the whole population towards few developed cities causing all types of problems.

There are flaws in what you said. A: Pakistan will not be paying for these, individual companies will. B: Megastructurs are much cheaper then roads because megastructures provide revenue and do not need maintenence as often

I fully endorse your opinion. Being a realist, I know Pakistan and India can never be best friends but its high time we understand that for peace and progress to exist in the subcontinent, Pakistan, India and China have to be in touching distance in most walks of life.

Too much progress for any of those countries leads to other agencies trying to de-rail the development.

All are under construction will be completed 2010, 2012 and 2015. There r a lot of skyscrapers abbasyasir missed in Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore and Faisalabad.
