to unlock dry bowser u have to get at least a star rank in all 150cc cups..but i did it in all of them except for the leaf..even if i win every race in first place i still get a B rank..can someone help me?

@crash9502 You can only fall once or twice and you cant use stars or bullet bills or anything that bumps you to first.

@crash9502 in order to get dry bowser, you have to do all of the wii cups and get at least one star rating for all of them. This set includes, Mushroom, Flower, Star, and Special cup. If you get one star in all of those sets you'll unlock dry bowser. Special cup is probably the hardest however. But yeah I just got dry bowser today. I finally got a one star in the special cup lol. took me forever!! I used Rosalina, Offroader, and automatic. it was actually pretty easy using her. got a perfect 60p

the best way to deflect a red shell or anything else (except a blue one) just make sure you have a banana or a green shell it well destroy the incoming red shell

@MPOKeefe92 You can dodge blue shells (in 150cc) if you use a boosting mushroom when it stops to hit you. I tried.. And it worked. :D

you have to finish first in all races, mantain a lead longer than any other opponent avoid hitting and/or getting hit by:

beasts (chain chomp, goombas, crabs, etc)

the cpu's vehicles

the cpu's weapons (with the exception of red and blue shells)

also, you have to avoid driving off the track.

No you just have to get good times by staying in 1st place as long as possible. your right about that part. but you can still get by vehicles and any weapons and still get a star. i got hit by invincibility, mega mushrooms, bullet bills, knocked to the side (briefly), and still was able to get 2 stars on 50cc and 100cc. Right now i only have 1 star on the 150cc cups.

a good technique is to make sure your in 1st place everytime you complete a lap. its a really good technique. It work for me.

Dry Bowser is great, put him on the Flame Flyer kart on automatic for lots of wins, in single and wifi! I got first place a lot of times using this combo. :)

Manual makes so that you can drift sharp corners and get an extra boost of speed if you drift long enough. Automatic lets you turn sharp corners without pushing any buttons but you can't drift.

The Flame Runner bike might be of some use. Just avoid getting hit by holding out the shells or banana peels behind you so that other shells (Excluding the Spiny Shell) will hit the shell or banana you have dragging behind you. Hopefully that helps you out. ^_^

Ok. I am seriously frustrated with this game now. I was trying to unlock Dry Bowser this weekend so I ended up beating everything on 150cc with at least one star EXCEPT for the Star Cup. I thought special cup was going to destroy me but i ended up getting two stars for it. Now i was playing star cup and got in first for every single race-STILL i didnt get even one star for this cup. I tried three more times, but a kept on getting Spiney shelled at the end of Grumble Volcano. Can anybody help me?
