@ISenorITB Technically, except to somebody in eleventh division. Yumichika's zanpakuto is a kido based zanpakuto and division eleven hates kido. Also, it's considered 'weak' because he doesn't have to have any physical strength to win. That's why he doesn't use it, and why it's considered bad by eleventh division standards. If he were in any other division it would be considered the best shikai.
