From the Southern Dragon,I think it translates to.

The 5 Lakes, and 4 Seas salute is unique to Pak Mei - the palm up to represent being neutral. Lung Ying is considered a cousin form to Pak Mei as our sijo CLC was a close friend to LYG (LY sijo). They trained together and share their views on their own forms and found common points.
