Until they can see it allowing them to surpass their current quarterly gains, I doubt they'll allow it to happen. Although, I still doubt they'll be the ones to broadcast any " cure " titles.

This thought is based on their clear denial of wanting to pursue prospects of actual cures for diseases. It's much more profitable to keep you sick rather than cure you.
