In order to turn it back on, turn on these higher planes of awareness, you must become completely conscious of your actions, words, even minute facial expressions around others and seek to spread positivity to others. Truly, acting happy changes you.. What was once a conscious effort becomes an unconscious habit of being!

It's hard to carry on when you realize everyone is suffering even more, and no one knows what they're doing or where they're going, and they have no way to look at themselves, they're out of control. You have to step back or you'll get washed away!
