  • 0:18 looks totally animated xD

  • When will people realise that the flip can only focus from 0.8m to Infinity :O

  • what program did you use to edit this.????????????/please please cuz it's mp3 for me and when i convert it it looks like crap then windows mm destroys it!

  • I need help.... how did you make a mino go up to a 720 HD

  • I am very envious of you with your beautiful Himming Birds visiting your feeders.I wish we had them over here in the UK. Great video

  • Fake. The bird's CG. Nice try

  • I've never seen a hummingbird in person, but to me... that bird looked like it was done in CGI. I had the same experience from another footage that was taken from a balcony of NY while facing the center of the city.

    It's still nice though.

  • @dec0y

yes that humminbird does look like it was done in CGI! Ive seen them up close and even held one but this doesnt look real.....

that must be sum serious camera...

    idk im confused.

  • I hope so. the hi-def is amazing for the price.

  • Those hummers are really good pilots!

  • I am at a loss for words. Incredible is an understatement. Kudos to Airboyd once again....love your videos, man.

Love to see more in-cockpit video if you have more you haven;t posted yet. Thanks for sharing with us!

  • what a nice quality! amazing!

  • aww...i love hummers! I need to get my feeder back up.

  • cool

  • I exported the video using Quicktime Pro using 1280x720 HD with deinterlace checked and automatic for frames, frame reordering checked and encoding set to high and multiple pass (high), AAC 44.1 VBR 192. It yielded a file around 260 MB.

  • Not planes...just some HD video discussion. Watch in HD!

There's been some discussion about recording and encoding. I recently bought a Flip Mino HD. I think it's great but does not do well in low light and needs to be about 6-10 feet away.

I taped this hummingbird flying in and eating and then did a slow motion version at 0:30

Even at 30fps, the wings still blur. You can see the bird feeder is slightly blurry but the rest of the shot is not. It is an amazing camera for your pocket though.

  • Thank you for sharing this beautiful video with us! You did an amazing job! Give us some more!!!!!!!
