@MrFNWO1 the only thing that wasn't very accurate was how an NJ mob family was depicted. there was a NJ crew/family that the sopranos is loosely based on that was a subfamily of the lucchese crime family. almost everyone of the five family has a NJ crew with a captain heading and controlling operations in NJ and acting as a boss but still had to take orders from guys from NY. there's also the decavalcante crime family that is seperate and original family but the same goes for them.

And the Sopranos constantly reminds us of how the New York families views the NJ family. Phil calls them a "glorified crew".
