My mother (long life Persian cooking expert) had his food at a gathering a few weeks ago and she was so impressed that asked for the whole family to go to his place. He is giving the other so called Iranian restaurants a run for their money. But still no one comes close to Caspian Kabob in Kentlands (MD). That is the no. 1.
Que chevere! That is so cool! I am from El Salvador and I love the Persian culture and just bought a book of Iranian recipes and will be cooking like an Iranian mama in no time.... or so, I hope.
Now I'm hungry. Persian food is the best of the best. Then I'd have to say Mexican, Italian and then Indian. I'm gonna check this guy's place out when I get down to the US. 5*
Well his restaurant is located in Germantown, MD which is Montgomery county and there are ALOT of Iranians there. Actually there are a lot of Iranians in MD.But the majority of them in MD live in Montgomery Co and the surrounding areas. Im sure he is doing real good with the Iranians in MD.His location is also close to VA and there are a lot of Iranians there too.
