After the initial step leading with the right leg, you step up with the left leg first every time, regardless of which hand the kettlebell is in. Is this how you meant it? Rather than opposite hand/leg?
@s6y9l Yeah, my bad on that. It actually doesn't really matter which hand/leg combo you use. Just make sure and start each interval with a different leg to keep things even. I messed up on that when I was talking about it.
Excellent. Amazing how you could take something as inexpesnive as those items and get a workout that could beat an expensive treadmill and also give you more benefits
@rmsolympic1 My thoughts exactly - I actually have a treadmill, elliptical and stair machine in my basement and I prefer this simple technique instead.
