zonalcarlo: Let me try to think of how I can do an episode out of that. Please ask that again when I do my "ask a therapist" thing. But for starters, you have to stop worrying about what people think of you, just go out there and interact with people. Working in a restaurant is good in a way because it forces you to develop people skills. I'm not really sure can totally help you with this, but you seem like a good person.
