What I was getting at was that it only tells one side of the story, and the majority support Mel who is a known ally of Chavez. My family tells me that many of the protesters or the "Red Shirts" were actually very violent against anyone against their Socialist Views. That is why I said Socialist Propaganda.

Thanks for a reasoned comment. Something that tells us a lot is that Chavez even comes into the picture -- Venezuela has had next to nothing to do with the program and few changes Zelaya was able to begin to implement. But even someone as basically progressive as Guillermo Anderson posted garbage about Chavez -- the only reason he is even mentioned is that the very right wing media decided to try and link Zelaya with Chavez.

And "red shirts" were NOT violent against others, please.

This was right after Zelaya was deposed so it could have been a local issue or just gang mentality that arose during that small window of confusion. You know, with all this "smart phone" tech there should be a way to record video directly to the internet. By streaming the video onto a website or even just your home PC but also saving it at the same time. As I understand it most streaming video sited don't record the video for latter playback it's only the people who happen to be watching at the time.
