  • One time I killed a chupakabra with that thing

  • what's the overall length?

  • i shot a .22 160yards when i was 9, thats how easy this gun is to use and the rounds are so cheap. (im 19 now)

  • cool

  • can a bull barrel fit a regular wood 10/22 stock or would i have to get a knew stock

  • you keep calling it a tac driver. I can imagine someone laying some poster board up with a rifle :P

  • ar 15 suppressed

  • thats a Ruger? looks like my Moseberg 702 lol except the barrel of course. but it generally looks like it. Nice scope though, looks nice!

  • Just like I would have my .22 rifle. Nice job on the stock! :)

  • Got the same rig...Good video fella

  • wtf i want mine with iron sights just incase the scope breaks (i do alot by dropping) eek should be more careful

anyways i want that scope :o price? and where can i get one for my Savage MK II

  • does the bull barrel help with volicity?

  • It's a Ruger 10/22...you can't go wrong!

Herculiner bed liner is good for stock cover as well.

What kind of Bi-pod is that?

    Nice vid.

  • thanks for sharing. good lookin' setup.

  • The ultimate .22 zombie sniper rifle!

  • what brand of barrel is that? nice rifle.

  • when I bought my 10-22 it cost me 45 bucks brand new when they first came out, I keep saying that I am going to do somthing like you have done to yours which looks very nice by the way, but it just keeps driving the tacs just the way it is so I just leave it alone.

All the meat it has brought home and all the shells that have gone through it would not fit in a full size truck bed I bed and it still shoots 1/2 inch groups at a hundred yards, nice video to

  • @Lust4FunGirls ? $45 for 10/22 What year was that?

  • thats a nice 10/22 man. I've got one exactly like that except my stock is the wood laminate.

  • Nice gun man. That scope is insane! It's HUGE! Looks like you could see into space with it. Lob a bullet onto the freaking moon with that thing. Looks like it has x-ray capability as well.

  • I recommend Duracoat for your barrel...they have tons of different colors and glosses and its super easy to do yourself...it's made just for firearms and turns out great..

  • Bro sweet work, i gave my 10/22 to my 14yr old girl and she wants me to fix it up with girl colors, anyways awsome work on yours, i can`t wait to get me another one my self.

  • Stock looks badass... You clear coat it too or just paint?

  • very nice......10/22

    & go yankees

  • I have the same 10 22...I put a Hogue overmolded stock on it...it's 100% better feel..

  • Nice rig. Do you have a threaded end on that bull barrel for a compensator? Not that you NEED one with a .22....just curious.

  • this guy customizes his guns for killing zombies

    thrust me i know

  • @JustUDIENOW Thrust you? I hardly know you

  • is a bull barrel just a big silencer???

  • No, it does nothing to silence the gun. It's heavier, thus more stable on the bench, and it is not as prone to changes in temperature as a lighter barrel.

  • not positive but I think a bull barrel is a barrel with the same width all the way to the end, with no taper.

  • basically, although some have a heavier and more defined rifling twist but those will cost you as much as the gun

  • did u say that was a barska scope?

  • the 10 22 is a fun gun to shoot and so is the bolt action bass pro is really pricey place to buy the 10 22 big 5 is good foe buting 1 or walmart

  • The Bull barrel is the .920 size, right?

How much of a difference in accuracy do you estimate between a regular one and the heavy one?

  • depends what you're using it for if the change in accuracy is needed. If you're just plinking you probably won't notice. If you're trying for headshots on small game at 75 yards, then you'd definitely see a difference.

A regular barrel is good for most applications, even better if you float the barrel. That'll improve the consistency and accuracy of a semi-auto rifle like the 10/22.

  • mine does not have the bi pod

  • I think that'd be my ideal 10/22, right there.

  • ha i have the same gun

  • how much did it cost all together?

  • I got a similar setup today (Laminated wood stock, stainless barrel, 4x fixed Simmons scope with rings) for UNDER $500.

    It's freaking pricelessly beautiful though.

  • nice

  • that bipod its in walmmart stores you can find it for only 49 dlls i thing its an unckle mike bipod

  • Shooters Ridge???

  • The only thing we've done with ours is put a scope on ours.

  • how much was the barrel

  • you get it with the gun was like 500 for that gun vs the other ruger 10/22 stainless was like 200 so price diffrence defently

  • its a harris bipod. there almost 100bucks. noob

  • it's obviously not. that would be a shooters ridge. noob.

  • what kind of bipod is that

  • Gun? Yes. Weapon? No. ;) Nice 10/22.

  • nice vid what kind of bipod is that. thanks

  • What kind of bipod is that?

  • i hate looking down the barrell of a gun lol, well most people do hahaha.

How much u pay for it all together ?

  • badass ruger man! I've been wanting a 10/22 since ammo for my m4 and ak shot up so high. Im gonna buy the reg. wood stock 10/22 for $185 and buy this bull barrel kit. love the look.

  • a tactical 10 22 is only useful if you are having trouble with a gang of ninja rabbits. All that black!!!

  • lmfao!

  • Basspro shops rulez!

    nice gun dude

  • Hi, really nice 22.Can u tell me where i could find a bull barrel for mine. Thanks and thanks for the vid.

  • Basspro shops has a combo that comes with the bull barrel and a composite stock for about 160.00.

  • Comment removed

  • hey i liked your 10/22 but do you know where i can get some cold blue at to make my gun back again because it has a lot of scratches lol

  • Go to Basspro shops or Walmart.

  • kk thank you :D

  • @kilamin Hi. I have tried the so called cold blue gun blueing kits. And to be honest, I have had not so good luck with them.In the end I ended up taking mine to a professional and had it reblued. Turned out fantastic, and it costs me 60 bucks. This was done on a Winchester Model 94 that was in rough shape. Hope this helps.

  • nice rifle

  • Got my 10/22 for $184.99 at Academy Sporting Goods! Its a pretty sweet .22

  • good job!

  • hey man great vid i actually have a Ruger 10/22 i have a aftermarket black synthetic stock i like what you did with the laminated stock pretty simple but clever. i have a fluted bull barrel its a matte finish. have the same bi-pod and i just purchased the same optic waiting for it to come, would you say its a pretty good scope? well though it was cool pretty much have the same weapon and i agree with your points well take it easy.

  • I've got no complaints on the scope, it was a good purchase. Thanks and good luck.

  • hey i was wondering what size of groups you can get at 50yds. and 100yds.? thanks

  • What paint do you put on the stock again? Can you write it out? I want to do the same too. Thanks.

  • Rustoleum flat black enamel paint.

  • how much was this at bass pro

  • About 410.00 out the door

  • cool might get 1

  • Nice gun! I am going to be purchasing my first gun which will be a ruger 10/22 this weekend! What model do you have there?

  • Nice gun! I am going to be purchasing my first gun which will be a Ruger 10/22 this weekend! What model do you have there?

  • It's the 10/22T. Good luck!

  • Nice gun! I am trying to decide on my first gun which will be a ruger 10/22. What model is that?

  • what kind of scope you got on it man like name brand?

  • It's an illuminated reticle Leapers 3x9x40. Good luck!

  • Hey Kervyn, just wondering

    why the 10/22?

why the bull barrel? advantages and disadvantages if any other then weight?

would you rate the ruger10/22 one of the best or the best 22 for the cash?

Just looking for some feed back before I buy.

    I'm small game hunter...

  • It's probably the most populare .22 rifle this is. The extra weight means more accuracy. You can find a base model 10/22 for about 200.00 in some places...I haven't a single complaint in ref to the rifle...good luck!

  • where can i pick up a 1022? nad how much does it cost?

  • Anywhere you can buy a rifle. 420.00 for this model

  • That is a good looking Gun!

  • How does it group?

  • pegs out paper like the thommy gun at the fair...it's a tack driver.

  • If possible, please post some groups! Thanks!

  • i got that some gun only in brown

  • how much more is it to get a 10 22 with a bull barrel versus a normal barrel?

  • About 150.00 more for the the model I have. The regular 10/22 goes for about 250.00 bucks or so.

  • heavier means more accuracy

  • Nice....Have fun with it

  • do you think a 100 dollor bsa scope would be good for a 10/22

  • Sure, why not.

  • I have the cheapie $30 walmart BSA Classic (non variable power) scope, and i have the standard 10/22. with no mods it shoots about 2" @ 100yds, i pressure bedded the action and barrel, now it shoots 1/4" @ 100yds, which is probably me and not the rifle. I would just say to get the best scope you can afford, but keep in mind, it's a .22 rifle, cheap, fun, easy, and kids love 'em too!

  • nice rifle, I may build another 10/22 and make it sorta like yours I already have one 10/22 check out my video of it. I really like how yours looks

  • what kind of scope is that and where can u get one

  • It's an illuminated leapers 3x9x40. Try ebay.

  • I have one as well. i love it! its a real beauty.

  • very nice 10/22 i have one that is the protector of my vegi garden and your comment of buying a rem 700 in .308 go for it i have an older model it is a 700 ADL in .308 and it is a killing machine last year i plucked off a deer at 345 yards wich is not even far with a .308 but is not bad with a 3 by 9 power nikon buckmaster scope. Good video

  • Yeah. The 700 with a nice heavy barrel, I've got one in my sights...

  • what is a good scope for target practice

  • where did you get the barrel and how much did it cost

  • It came with the rifle.

  • was it spray paint

  • Rustoleum Flat black enamel, yes spray paint.

  • Man, you got the coolest 10/22 ive ever seen, i wish it was mine

  • thats a pretty cool rifle it looks almost like a remington model 700 police rifle

  • It does look a bit like the 700. Actually, I'm looking into buying a .308 700, it's a nice sniper rifle. Thanks for watching!

  • do you hunt

  • No. I don't like hunting.

  • ok then

  • how is the magnafacation on that scope

  • It's a 3 times to 9 times magnification with a 40mm optical lenses. You standard magnification hunting scope.

  • is disessembley and assembley difficult on the 10/22

  • The disassembly and reassembly isn't difficult at all. In fact, it's probably one of the easiest rifles to maintain.

  • how much does that gun cost with the scope and bipod

  • 425.00 for the rifle, 110.00 for the scope and 40.00 for the bi pod.

  • I just got one of these today. How many times did you take it out shooting before you modified it, or did you modify it right after you bought it? thanks

  • I did everything right after I got it.

  • I do like it. Sweet rifle you got, man.

  • Thanks for watching!

  • nice gun. what kind of bipod is that and where did you get it for what price? thanks

  • It's a Shooter's Ridge Rock Mount bipod. If you have a Walmart near by, you can pick on up for around 40.00. I bought mine at a gun show, but Walmart sells them too.

  • how did u get the bipod on there cuz i cant find a adaptor for it ?

  • You have to purchase a stud for it. You screw that in and then attach the bi pod to the stud.

  • You don't inject fiberglass

  • I'm sorry, I don't understand your question. Inject fiberglass? Are you talking about bedding the rifle. If that's the case then no, the rifle has not been bedded, there wasn't any need to. Please elaborate.

  • how much is a ruger 10 22

  • They retail at about $260 at Ruger's site and they got some different models with some nontraditional stocks and they look pretty nice so you should check them out. But if your looking for the best deal you can probably pick one up used at a pawn shop for around $160 to $210. And if you look around you can find the Ruger 10/22, because it and the Marlin Model 60 are the 2 most popular .22rifles in the world and most pawn shops have a couple in stock.

  • thanks for the info

  • whats the size of the scope you put on it?

  • Does anybody no the diffrence between a ruger 10/22 1:9 twist and the 1:16-18 twist?

  • Kool i got the same bipod lol

  • I been trying to get a bipod for my Marlin Model 60. My buddy had a Ruger 10/22 with a bipod just like yours on it and I shot with it and it's definently something I need for plinking and squirrel hunting. But my buddy conveneintly bought his from a yard sale in Cleveland and I live in North Carolina. So my question is where did you get it or is there a website I might can go to, to buy it there?

  • It's a Shooter's Ridge Rock Mount bipod. If you have a Walmart near by, you can pick on up for around 40.00. I bought mine at a gun show, but Walmart sells them too.

  • do u ever hunt with any of ur guns

  • No, I don't hunt. I wouldn't like killing a defenseless animal.

  • THANK GOD!!! CONGRATZ KERVYN!!! not an american dumbass that shoots anything that moves just to pretend they are more man than they really are... sad to know ppl still hunt... shoot objects!!

  • Nice video. What is the brand of your bull barrel, and how much do they cost (.920) size? Also, what are the advantages of the bull barrel compared to the stock barrel for a Ruger? Thanks.

  • The Ruger 10/22T comes with the barrel already. You can get a target(bull barrel) barrel and stock combo for about 169.00 from bass pro. The bull barrel is definitely more accurate then the tapered barrel.

  • Nice video ! I am looking at a ruger 10/22 as my first firearm . Thanks for sharing your info.

  • No problem. Glad to be of some assistance.

  • I was thinking of getting one of those for my first gun too,but decided to buy the dirt cheap Mosin Nagant M91/30 instead.

I wanna get a 10/22 magnum sometime though.

  • can you send that rifle to me :D i want it

  • Sure! haha

  • nice rifle!

  • Thanks man!

  • oh its a painted 10/22T. it looks longer. is it a 20inch or 18?

  • It's 18 inches.

  • they have a Carbon Fiber stock with the bull barrel (180) what did the barrel run $ ...

  • The 10/22 was purchased together, built! It was about 400.00.

  • thats the sweetest ive seen . what is manufacture name of the stock and bipod

  • The bipod is made by Rock Mount. To answer your other question...pay close attention to the video...I explain the info on the stock.

  • Nice video. Finally upgraded mine and cant wait to take it shooting. Thanks for the tip on refinishing the stock.

  • Thanks and no problem.

  • SWEET!

  • what bi-pod is that and how do you attach it to the gun?

  • I believe it's a Rock Mount bi-pod. It attaches to the sling swivel.

  • I'm just curious, what make/model scope do you have on your rifle? Would you recommend it? Is there anything you don't like about it? I'm looking for a scope for my Ruger. I might even try the sanding/painting thing you did. It came out looking really good for you. Definetly Tacti-Cool!!!

  • It's a Leaper's scope. I can't say I have anything negative to say about it. Whatever you do take your time in sanding it nicely and taking even more time to paint it.

  • What other mods did you do to it? Looks stock other than the aftermarket stock that is on it.

  • Haha, it is stock. I sanded off the clear coat because I didn't like the wood color. Then I hit it up with 4 coats of Rustoleum flat black Enamel paint. I let that thing cure outside in the florida sun for two days. It doesn't come off even when using any type of gun cleaner. The finish is badass, trust me. Other than that I put a scope on it. I'll probably be modifying the bolt release when I get the chance.

  • Yes I just finished a custom 10/22 for my 11 year old son, the vids up on my youtube. Basic VID. He loves it and suprisingly I love it to. Not like a .308 or a .556 or even a .223 but very accurate and a lot of fun to shoot. Nice VID Kervyn...

  • I saw the video, it's a good thing that your son is learning to shoot. However, I think you're comment on calibers is incorrect. There is no .556, you probably meant 5.56 x 45 which is a .223. Anyways keep showing your boy shoot, it's a right of passage.

  • i just did the auto bolt release mod.. its pretty cool.. nice gun btw

    but im sorry

    yankees suck :)

  • Only in your dreams would the Yankees suck! They're only the most winning est team ever!

  • Nice piece dude...

    =)

  • Thanks man!!!!

  • hey, really nice ruger you got there. but what brand, and name are the scope?

  • hey like that gun, how much was that bipod and where'd you get it

  • It cost 30.00 at a gunshow.

  • #1? do you have to get a special stock for the bull barrel, #2? how much did the barrel cost, #3? how much did the whole settup including gun cost................

    p.s. i envy you!!!

  • I purchased my Ruger for about 400.00 out the door. The rifle came with the bull barrel and laminated stock all for that price. I've added the scope that cost me about 120.00 off of ebay. Don't envy anyone, just go out there and start shooting! Thanks for the inquiry!

  • damn that is a really nice ruger

  • Thanks!
