Only the BICEP should be moving through it's range of motion. Not your back, shoulders, legs, forarm, this guy is even trying to get his glutes into the lift. It would be laughable if not so riskly. i like to do the straight bar, and i try to do 30 reps on 3 different grips (wide, shoulder length, narrow). i do 10 reps at once x 3 (hence the 30 reps) and i try to do at least the first 5 with no swinging, then do the last 5 with a little swing. its better to do them with a partner who will help u a little when u need it
I hate all these little fags that nitpick about this guys form. It becomes counter productive to use perfect form, and dangerous for the joints, when weight becomes sufficiently heavy. And don't go saying "these guys only grow this way because they use AAS". Bullshit. They formed a strong neuromuscular connection, and can now get away with poor form, and still "feel" the muscle. BTW this guy has 90% good form in my opinion, and it's 900x better than you skinny kids with your pink dumbbells.

But his swinging and using momentum to pull the weights up which is not right because hes not using his whole strength from his biceps.

i like to do the straight bar, and i try to do 30 reps on 3 different grips (wide, shoulder length, narrow). i do 10 reps at once x 3 (hence the 30 reps) and i try to do at least the first 5 with no swinging, then do the last 5 with a little swing. its better to do them with a partner who will help u a little when u need it

I hate all these little fags that nitpick about this guys form. It becomes counter productive to use perfect form, and dangerous for the joints, when weight becomes sufficiently heavy. And don't go saying "these guys only grow this way because they use AAS". Bullshit. They formed a strong neuromuscular connection, and can now get away with poor form, and still "feel" the muscle. BTW this guy has 90% good form in my opinion, and it's 900x better than you skinny kids with your pink dumbbells.

it's always the people that try to nitpick on form that get nowhere. yeah everybody should know how to do a movement correctly, but once you start getting more advanced, you should know that in certain movements it's beneficial to use "cheating", whether that be to squeeze in extra reps, or manage heavier weight. this guy obv knows what works for him and how to do things more than most of you form freaks with no vids.

his biceps are still getting a workout, but it's pointless to be honest when you can get the same using good form (no risk of injury). he's obviously on roids because his biceps are *completely* out of proportion. biceps develop aesthetically different when you train naturally.

@obezana in body building you are suposto use only the muscle you want to be train and no other muscles unless youre doin an exercise that trains a couple of muscles at the same time, push ups for instance ( chest, triceps). In this video we can see that hes doing curls exercise which suposto train our biceps. But his swinging and using momentum to pull the weights up which is not right because hes not using his whole strength from his biceps.
