@bigwigwigbig well you need to look at the latest model first. The V7, it is just the turntable and you can use your own mixer. The NS7 is like $1200 but the V7 by its self is $600 and you can get it on sell if you know where to look and its much cooler in my opinion cause I own them. Look it up on youtube and see the videos, and if you need to know where to find one, I can let you know that too.

ahh your friends are those guys huh? lol f**k yeah its still djing just cause its 2009 people arn't only using reguller vinyl doesn't mean its not djing. even a lot of big name dj's are using time coded vinyl with surato scrach live this is the same thing only you have no needles or vinyl to replace.

if the software was built in you'd be limited to certain tracks and it just wouldnt work out, much more customizable to your own technique with computer.

No, that's a bad idea because it would not only SIGNIFICANTLY add to the price, but it would cause reliability problems, add to the weight, as well as being too cumbersome with a screen.

nicely done.. I like the size of these platters vs the VCI 300.. im torn between the two:/
