I Would Think It Would Clog A Lot Because The Waste Has To Go Into The Trap, Go Strait Up Then Down Again. If You Look Closely, You Can See That The Trap Is Wide Until It Reaches The Back. Then It's Skinny To The Exit Pipe, That's To Give It A Head Start.
flushes twice usually means it has the wrong style flapper.

That trapway looks small compared to Caroma's, at a guess I'd say its 1.9". Thats cool, it flushes twice.
