What does "always seemingly get that from Caucasian people" mean?

I've been around in America for decades now, but have never once seen, or heard, any African American being spoken to or treated badly from a Caucasian, but I've witnessed plenty of the reverse, in fact, crime statistics really back that up overwhelmingly.
