How come the street fighter characters are the only ones with their special moves unleashed to the max unlike Mortal Kombat and Killer Instinct fighters?

I think they make the AI not smart enough for them when it comes to Mugen.

Trust me, try fighting KI and Mortal Kombat on hard mode, they seem just as tough as the SF characters you see in MUGEN, but Mugen makes MK and KI seem dumb =\

Mugen is awsome, if someone has the time and patience, one can actually create a balanced fighter that has personality. Everything depends on the user.

Mugen is just some program that allows you to create your own characters and use the same fighting battle system as street fighter, emaning you can add anything basically, and i'm pretty sure you can plya on it. its neither fake or real. This is from one of the many Mugen fighter emulators. I assume its the most popular and the best out thier, considering how well it all goes together and apparently plays.

This is not a "real" game, but is player made, you can download it if you can find it and add new characters as you or someone else makes and releases them.
