I'm sorry for MP departure because he's in from the beginning, but, from a musical point of view and judging what i've heard so far, Mangini is just a perfect replacement and i like the direction DT is going. I think Rich Ward is a better guitar player than Petrucci, what does it matter if you can play 6 billion notes per second if you can't make it memorable. Don't get me wrong, he's a very skilled technical player that I've learned alot from, but he doesn't have that... zaz. Honestly im really disapointed in adrenaline mob, i just downloaded the EP and for a drummer with as much talent as mike portnoy, its a shame he'd waste his talent on something like this. I do like the music, but this isnt portnoy playing, this isnt his style. Mike WTF happened? Ever since BC&SL you've went down hill, very downhill, get away from metal mike this isnt you, make another prog rock supergroup like transatlantic, thats what i excpected this band to sound like

I think Rich Ward is a better guitar player than Petrucci, what does it matter if you can play 6 billion notes per second if you can't make it memorable. Don't get me wrong, he's a very skilled technical player that I've learned alot from, but he doesn't have that... zaz. His riffs are interesting only cause their so odd and goofy, not because they're good. Go Duke! Everything you do is swell, just swell. Can't wait to hear you singing along also! Check this heavily underrated character out.
