I live in Ontario, Canada and absolutely LOVE Hard Candy! I've been building up my collection for a year now since I got these little sort of gift set pack things 2010 Christmas! I've been on the edge about their concealer thing but since I watched this I'm definitely going to get it now. Thank you so much for that help.
I love Hard Candy, for many reasons! The only thing that I don't like about the brand is that you have to put on a LOT of coats of their colored mascara before it shows up as vibrantly as I like it to.
I like Hard Candy, but their baked eye shadow...just does not blend one me D: It's even worse when I have a primer under it such as Lime Crime's Eye Candy Shadow Helper. SUPER PRETTY colors, but NONE of the one's I have will blend at all. Even on bare skin.
@3000giggles YES!! I use it in mine everyday! I use the lightest one first, really thinly, and then I use the darkest one a bit heavier for better coverage. It works GREAT if you use the techniques in Kandee's under eye circles video. :)
My walmart has a lot of hard candy an i was watching this review or one of your reveiws on the line. An I really wanted to try their baked blushes. In honey moon an I got it yesterday an it is so pretty an I cant wait to wear it :)

Hard Candy face primer is awesome!... not too oily... great value. A little goes a long way. Comparable to high end primers. Makeup lasts all day. Wish I could try the glamoflauge concealer... but they don't sell it in Canada =(
i havent bought any hard candy products at wal-mart, but i used to buy it at dillards and sephora back in the day. when i used to buy i thought it was awesome. I dont understand why they stopped selling it, maybe because their palettes and individual containers were so cute, they look like little girls makeup. The colors were really pigmented and the packaging was better.Now everything looks different from their past products, i dunno if the quality is as good as it was before.
@vanillacarnivore You're right, it used to be sold at high end counters. I called Hard Candy a few days ago, and discovered everything is reformulated! Kind of disappointing, but they still have some really great things. You can read the scoop on my blog makeupandmeg.blogspot.com .

I thought it'd go away but it never truly sets.) so after that I was hesitant to get anything else. Mostly the face products. So I'm definitely going to try more of them(:
@MrsPattinson00 I love the primer! I use just less than a pea sized amount (more like half a pea) for my entire face, and I find it sets super soft. Not oily at all... maybe you could try using less? A little goes a really long way. See how it works. Just a suggestion... maybe you've already tried that.

Hey, I just wanted to let you know there's an amazing new Hard Candy baked eyeshadow collection called Meteor Eyes. I just picked a couple colors up today and I'm totally in love. They're all a bit on the dark side and they have a bit of glitter and shimmer to them. I suggest you check them out! You might like them :)
I have their in the shadows 5 shadow palet in vice. Sadly it's all really sheer colors and I didnt like it much. :C The color payoff was not what I was expecting. But the little tube of eyeprimer was amazing :D I'm so sad I ran out T_T
The tinted moisturizer sucks. It's creepy and separates, the fiber mascara scares me but the ginormous lash mascara is like the only mascara I use now, it's amazing! The lipsticks have really pretty colors and if you have dry skin I don't suggest the concealer palette, it's can show that your skin is dry. I have combination skin so I can use it sometimes. The welcome matte powder is to die for, the split personality shadow is actually a cream and it doesn't work good. Yeah I have a lot of stuff.
Hey beautiful! You look amazing and I love your hair! Love my Hard Candy!! Living Doll is my HG blush and the Welcome Matte powder is to die for!! Keeps my foundation on all dang day. I also love the baked duo shadows without the glitter..gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous! :)
lash tinsel sucks. i already have thick and long lashes so i didnt think the thinness of the formula would matter for me( you can see the mascara mave in the bottle), i just wanted the glitter, but it barely transfers to my lashes. i do however love the plumping serum lip gloss in all american girl. nice natural pink color. as for the plumping action i have full lips so i just use it to fill in the creases in my lips and it works comparable to the physicians formula gloss that i used to use
I have a bunch of Hardy Candy products. The walk the line liquid liner is AMAZING! I also have Honeymoon and Living Doll which i love! However i have found a bunch of duds in the line. The tinted moisturizer made me look like a had a crappy spray tan. The slit personality eye shadow duo has horrible color pay off. I also have two of the Foiled again metallic shadow sticks(Glimpse & celestine) to use as bases and they are just ok i still get creasing. Keep up the great work you're awesome Cora!
@nevermore407 do you like hard candy's shadows? are they good quality? and have you tried their lip liners that supposedly make your lips look glossy without the gloss? just wondering because im hesitant to buy them until i know they work. thanks ;)
@skittles0567 the split personality shadow duo (the one that is shaped like an eyeliner) i didn't like. The shadow is actually in the cap and you have to really grind the sponge tip in to get any out (don't know if they are all like that but mine is). I tried two of the baked eyeshadow duo's. 1 cracked and broke into a few pieces but i liked the color pay off and they were nice to work with. i havn't tried the lip liners but i've heard good things, Let me know how they are if you try them!

I got two mascara's from hard candy. One was the lash tinsel glitter mascara and the other was the ginormous lash in purple. and they both SUCKED! The lash tinsel makes great glitter liner though :D
I got 2 mascaras from Hard Candy as soon as I saw it while I was shopping and I personally didn't like their mascaras at all. The colored ones are really great and show off the color, but they make your lashes crunchy and just dry. I also got the 3 color eyeshadow palette in rocker chick, and I love it. Yeah, on me the it creases but that's because I don't have any primer under it. But it reminded me a lot of MAC as far as the quality goes.
i have tried many of thier products and i love them. also, they dont test on animalss! lol. the only product (that i have tried) that i did not like was the curl up and die mascara. the formula is too wet and doesn't curl that well. it does, ho9wever, work better if you have naturally longer lashes, which i do not. I LOVE HARD CANDYY!

I love, love, LOVE the Sheer Envy Primer. It's very light and holds up well! I also love the Plexi Gloss. I have several of those but my favs are Vixen and I want candy. They are very sticky glosses, but for whatever reason I really like that in a gloss. I have tried their mascaras, but did not like them because they didn't make my lashes look very thick or full. I've been wanting to get that palette but wasn't sure about it. And I will definately be getting the blush now!
I love all of the baked eyshadows I have 4 of them! I apply them wet! Dry application is not very good! I tried the lip stain/gloss double ended tubes and it was horrible! It was so watery it literally ran into my mouth and tasted awful! The clear gloss is goopy but alright I was really disapointed after I liked the shadows so much
I have also used the dual eyeliners...they are ok, but there are better eyeliners out there. The "foiled again" eyeshadow is awesome! And I have the highligher, also great. Just a great all around inexpensive brand.
I love the blush! I just got it and it's amazing! The curling mascara sucks and is a waste of money. I have the concelor palette it's ok. Lipstick is great. Glosses are great also. I have the primer and have had great results iwth it so far. I plan on getting some pencil eyeliners and an eyeshadow. I love the line!
I've noticed in the concealer palette that a few of the colors like the purple and light skin one are much creamier than the rest. I love this concealer i apply it to the places i need then blend it in with a foundation brush.. amazing results
I just wanted to let you know that i picked up some hard candy stuff. The concealer palette, one of the duo eye shadows (a green and cream color) and some mascara.
The shadow is really sheer and shimmery but really pretty. I like it.
But I'm in LOVE with the plumping mascara. It goes on well and is a nice shiny black and doesn't clump. And for $5 I'm a huge fan. lol.
I have all the baked blushes and they are AMAZING! They were a gift, I wouldn't have bought them for myself since they have mineral oil. And almost ever blush with mineral oil breaks me out. But these didn't! :-D happiness to the max. The pigmentation is awesome, a thousand times better than I thought it would be. They don't look chalky and blend really well. I just wish they came in my colors :-( but that all I've tried so far. I'm planning on picking up some of their bronzers for this summer!
I have the blush in honeymoon and it is PHENOMENAL!!!! Sadly, I dropped it the first time I used it!!!!! AHHHH. Oh well. I'm looking forward to getting more!
I got the nobodys perfect concealer, I dont mind it, it does the job for short periods of time. honeymoon blush, very pretty, not always easy to belnd a duo eye pencil (black and white), black side sucks, its stiff and you have to heat it up for it to work, the white side is way creamier.
I got a eyeshadow and primer, love them.
Lipgloss and lipsticks are great, awesome colors, lipglosses are very sticky though
it doesn'y do the best job... i have the palette and when i have a break out i use a stronger concealer like: hide the blemish concealer stick from rimmel
Okay so i got the Hard Candy Cream Eyeshadow in Flashy, it came with a mini glitter liner. Well... about that. I used a 'Eye for an Eye' eyeliner duo in Sublime. It comes with a sliver, and a blue liner. I used the silver side, and put the glittery Cream shadow on top. AHHHMAAAZINNNG.! i loved the Result. I used a angle liner brush to put the glitter eyeshadow on top. With a black cat eye liner, it looked great. Hard candy is pretty good & the lipstick is awesome! & Really pretty!!
i have the take me out liners in ahi and chop suey... i absolutely love them! i also have the liquid liner in asphalt.. the liquid liner is okay... but i absolutely love the lip plumper gloss in girl next door! it's my favorite light pink gloss and i use it almost daily! i recently also got the primer and tinted moisturizer... i'm not quite sure how i feel about them but i love the baked bronzer in tiki
i think the glitter mascara stinks. the press shadows are neat but too strange and the concealer palette is good. i hear lipstick is good but i havent tried it.
I picked up the concealer palette today, since I was looking for something with more than one color to choose from...I have a hard time picking a shade that works for my skin. We'll see how it goes.

I've read a bunch of reviews about Hard Candy's liners. So far, they've been really negative. Every single review I've read has said that their liners (especially their pencils) smear and have horrible staying power.
i just fell in love with the packaging with this line so i bought a lot of it haha. so far i really like the eyliners, the tinted moisturizer, and the blush. i want to get more from the line then i'm going to do a haul/review video on hard candy too.
iI purchased the Walk the Line liquid eyeliner, it's a silver glittery eyeline. It very pretty on but it takes FOREVER to dry. if you don't let it dry completely you'll have 2 lines. This eyeliner is better than the avon one though. i got the gold twinkle shine eyeliner and its not as bright. i'd rather use the hard candy. happy holidays!
I used to use Hard Candy when it was considered high-end. I found it at Wal-Mart a while ago and went crazy, literally buying everything I could get my hands on. So far, the products they have out are really great and basically same color-pay-off and quality as the brand used to be. The face products however are intended to work together...tinted moisturizer, lightweight concealer, and pretty sheer powder.
Oh! i forgot that i also have the Foiled Again metallic shadow stick in Celestine which is the white. At first I was really disappointed in it because I was hoping that it would be more like the NYX shadow sticks because where I live doesn't sell NYX but when I used it it was more sheer then I wanted. Otherthen that I havn't used it that's why I didn't remember it the first time. lol
...and i like it because it isn't a loose glitter but it doesn't show up as much and takes a lot to apply and Lastly (besides the Blush in Honeymoon that I already said in an earlier comment) I have Painted Lady in Flirt. This lip stick is amazing. I use it like everyday (the same with the Honeymoon blush) its so creamy and has a really nice color that is peachy with a golden shimmer to it.
I also got the Walk the Line liquid liner in Lucky which is a green color. and then Dream girl which is a gold. I've only used them once so I can't really give a review except for that it takes a bit to dry.
I also have the Show Girl loose glitter in Broadway. I love this because of how pretty the color is and how it looks on me but it is very messy and the cap likes to come off a lot ( but thanks to the brush the glitter doesn't go everywhere)
I have a pencil liner, a liquid glitter liner and a lipstick. I love the liquid glitter liner, I forget what its called but it's the silver one, not the pain silver, but more of a gray silver I guess you could say. The applicator is like the liquid liner from NYC just it's shorter and easier to use for me. The pencil its eh a pencil, I have it in rice. My lipstick(nigh out) is really not my fav, its very thin, and bleeds horribly, and is of in a matter of seconds, I've also used a lip stain
Congrats on your 2 yrs on YT and your job at sephora! I bought 2 of the Hard Candy Kaleyedescope Eye Shadow duo's and love them both. They are super pigmented when you use them foiled. I got Peace and Daydream! =)
Well untill you made this video I wasn't a fan of it..lol I got a couple of those glitter eye shadows and wow they sucked....lol it was just glitter i was expecting more color. So i did go out and get the concealer palette some lip sticks and other powder eye shadow and a baked bluch...i loved them all!!! So i am now a huge fan! :-) Oh and those eye shadows i didn't like, well if you put the glitter over a soild color it works out well :-)
I just bought two items from this line and I love them but as I was trying on my brand spanking new honeymoon blush today, I dropped it!! it completely shattered I was so pissed!!I loved it it was gorgeous I mean I love tiki bronzer but damn the same day I bought it that just sucks ;'(

So I've picked up a few products from this line in the past few weeks. The glitter liquid liner in the teal color is simply amazing. The purple "Venus" curling mascara does not keep a curl, and does not look purple except in extremely bright direct sunlight, so I wouldn't bother with it-- I'm returning it. The "Ginormous" mascara in carbon black while it did lengthen and define my lashes fairly well, did not volumize. I'm still looking forward to trying new things from the line, though :-)
i have tried the concealer, primer,and the cream eyeshadow that comes in a stick. since i am in my 30's the concealer did not work for me. i did not like the primer. it was very greasy and it turned my foundation an orange color. i love the cream shadow in the retractable stick. they are very sticky and make my eyeshadow last all day. i own 12. as long as you use thin coats they work great. i also must say that i do not have oily eyelids so i don't know how it would work for someone who does.
i also tried 3 of the mascaras. the curl up and die mascara did not work at all. it showed up black and not purple and did not keep my curls. the blue mascara i tried was a beautiful blue color on my lashes until it dried and turned black. the 3rd mascara i tried was the gold glitter one. i like it. as long as i use it over black the glitter shows up pretty good.
I have the honeymoon baked blush too which is an awesome MSF dupe, the balm girls lip balm isn't great but isn't horrible either and I have the metallic shadow stick and it sucks the biggest one ever! It creases horribly even over udpp and with shadow to set it, never again! I'm going to try the concealer palette now, I've been wondering about it!

We were tickled pink when we saw hard candy at wally world. I have tried the lipstick and it's nice. feels good on, the color (painted lady) is a bit sheer, which I like, but staying power is limited, which is actually ok cause that gives you reason to pull out the cute little tube and apply often :) I've been thinking about trying the concealer, so thanks for reviewing that one! I hope to try more stuff as time goes by. :)
I like hard candy. My daughter gave her friends a hard candy palette set for Christmas last year (plus got one for herself) and they all loved them. It was the palette that came in a Chinese take out box, which is too cute. Got them online last year tho.

Yah I found Hard Candy in my Wal-mart 2 weeks ago. I love their stuff. YES you can get Hard Candy at Canadian wal-marts. YAY.
Hmmm I have heavy duty blue circles under my eyes.... I think I'll try the MUFE corrector and concealer pallet. WAY more money :-(

lash tinsel sucks. i already have thick and long lashes so i didnt think the thinness of the formula would matter for me( you can see the mascara mave in the bottle), i just wanted the glitter, but it barely transfers to my lashes. i do however love the plumping serum lip gloss in all american girl. nice natural pink color. as for the plumping action i have full lips so i just use it to fill in the creases in my lips and it works comparable to the physicians formula gloss that i used to use

I have a bunch of Hardy Candy products. The walk the line liquid liner is AMAZING! I also have Honeymoon and Living Doll which i love! However i have found a bunch of duds in the line. The tinted moisturizer made me look like a had a crappy spray tan. The slit personality eye shadow duo has horrible color pay off. I also have two of the Foiled again metallic shadow sticks(Glimpse & celestine) to use as bases and they are just ok i still get creasing. Keep up the great work you're awesome Cora!

@skittles0567 the split personality shadow duo (the one that is shaped like an eyeliner) i didn't like. The shadow is actually in the cap and you have to really grind the sponge tip in to get any out (don't know if they are all like that but mine is). I tried two of the baked eyeshadow duo's. 1 cracked and broke into a few pieces but i liked the color pay off and they were nice to work with. i havn't tried the lip liners but i've heard good things, Let me know how they are if you try them!

I got two mascara's from hard candy. One was the lash tinsel glitter mascara and the other was the ginormous lash in purple. and they both SUCKED! The lash tinsel makes great glitter liner though :D

I got 2 mascaras from Hard Candy as soon as I saw it while I was shopping and I personally didn't like their mascaras at all. The colored ones are really great and show off the color, but they make your lashes crunchy and just dry. I also got the 3 color eyeshadow palette in rocker chick, and I love it. Yeah, on me the it creases but that's because I don't have any primer under it. But it reminded me a lot of MAC as far as the quality goes.

i have tried many of thier products and i love them. also, they dont test on animalss! lol. the only product (that i have tried) that i did not like was the curl up and die mascara. the formula is too wet and doesn't curl that well. it does, ho9wever, work better if you have naturally longer lashes, which i do not. I LOVE HARD CANDYY!

I love, love, LOVE the Sheer Envy Primer. It's very light and holds up well! I also love the Plexi Gloss. I have several of those but my favs are Vixen and I want candy. They are very sticky glosses, but for whatever reason I really like that in a gloss. I have tried their mascaras, but did not like them because they didn't make my lashes look very thick or full. I've been wanting to get that palette but wasn't sure about it. And I will definately be getting the blush now!

I love all of the baked eyshadows I have 4 of them! I apply them wet! Dry application is not very good! I tried the lip stain/gloss double ended tubes and it was horrible! It was so watery it literally ran into my mouth and tasted awful! The clear gloss is goopy but alright I was really disapointed after I liked the shadows so much

I have also used the dual eyeliners...they are ok, but there are better eyeliners out there. The "foiled again" eyeshadow is awesome! And I have the highligher, also great. Just a great all around inexpensive brand.

I love the blush! I just got it and it's amazing! The curling mascara sucks and is a waste of money. I have the concelor palette it's ok. Lipstick is great. Glosses are great also. I have the primer and have had great results iwth it so far. I plan on getting some pencil eyeliners and an eyeshadow. I love the line!

I've noticed in the concealer palette that a few of the colors like the purple and light skin one are much creamier than the rest. I love this concealer i apply it to the places i need then blend it in with a foundation brush.. amazing results

I just wanted to let you know that i picked up some hard candy stuff. The concealer palette, one of the duo eye shadows (a green and cream color) and some mascara.
The shadow is really sheer and shimmery but really pretty. I like it.
But I'm in LOVE with the plumping mascara. It goes on well and is a nice shiny black and doesn't clump. And for $5 I'm a huge fan. lol.

I have all the baked blushes and they are AMAZING! They were a gift, I wouldn't have bought them for myself since they have mineral oil. And almost ever blush with mineral oil breaks me out. But these didn't! :-D happiness to the max. The pigmentation is awesome, a thousand times better than I thought it would be. They don't look chalky and blend really well. I just wish they came in my colors :-( but that all I've tried so far. I'm planning on picking up some of their bronzers for this summer!

I got the nobodys perfect concealer, I dont mind it, it does the job for short periods of time. honeymoon blush, very pretty, not always easy to belnd a duo eye pencil (black and white), black side sucks, its stiff and you have to heat it up for it to work, the white side is way creamier.
I got a eyeshadow and primer, love them.
Lipgloss and lipsticks are great, awesome colors, lipglosses are very sticky though

Okay so i got the Hard Candy Cream Eyeshadow in Flashy, it came with a mini glitter liner. Well... about that. I used a 'Eye for an Eye' eyeliner duo in Sublime. It comes with a sliver, and a blue liner. I used the silver side, and put the glittery Cream shadow on top. AHHHMAAAZINNNG.! i loved the Result. I used a angle liner brush to put the glitter eyeshadow on top. With a black cat eye liner, it looked great. Hard candy is pretty good & the lipstick is awesome! & Really pretty!!

i found at one of my walmarts the nobodys perfect concealer pallette in a darker pigments.. and the lighter pigments..

I've read a bunch of reviews about Hard Candy's liners. So far, they've been really negative. Every single review I've read has said that their liners (especially their pencils) smear and have horrible staying power.

iI purchased the Walk the Line liquid eyeliner, it's a silver glittery eyeline. It very pretty on but it takes FOREVER to dry. if you don't let it dry completely you'll have 2 lines. This eyeliner is better than the avon one though. i got the gold twinkle shine eyeliner and its not as bright. i'd rather use the hard candy. happy holidays!

I used to use Hard Candy when it was considered high-end. I found it at Wal-Mart a while ago and went crazy, literally buying everything I could get my hands on. So far, the products they have out are really great and basically same color-pay-off and quality as the brand used to be. The face products however are intended to work together...tinted moisturizer, lightweight concealer, and pretty sheer powder.

Oh! i forgot that i also have the Foiled Again metallic shadow stick in Celestine which is the white. At first I was really disappointed in it because I was hoping that it would be more like the NYX shadow sticks because where I live doesn't sell NYX but when I used it it was more sheer then I wanted. Otherthen that I havn't used it that's why I didn't remember it the first time. lol

...and i like it because it isn't a loose glitter but it doesn't show up as much and takes a lot to apply and Lastly (besides the Blush in Honeymoon that I already said in an earlier comment) I have Painted Lady in Flirt. This lip stick is amazing. I use it like everyday (the same with the Honeymoon blush) its so creamy and has a really nice color that is peachy with a golden shimmer to it.

I also got the Walk the Line liquid liner in Lucky which is a green color. and then Dream girl which is a gold. I've only used them once so I can't really give a review except for that it takes a bit to dry.
I also have the Show Girl loose glitter in Broadway. I love this because of how pretty the color is and how it looks on me but it is very messy and the cap likes to come off a lot ( but thanks to the brush the glitter doesn't go everywhere)

I have a pencil liner, a liquid glitter liner and a lipstick. I love the liquid glitter liner, I forget what its called but it's the silver one, not the pain silver, but more of a gray silver I guess you could say. The applicator is like the liquid liner from NYC just it's shorter and easier to use for me. The pencil its eh a pencil, I have it in rice. My lipstick(nigh out) is really not my fav, its very thin, and bleeds horribly, and is of in a matter of seconds, I've also used a lip stain

Well untill you made this video I wasn't a fan of it..lol I got a couple of those glitter eye shadows and wow they sucked....lol it was just glitter i was expecting more color. So i did go out and get the concealer palette some lip sticks and other powder eye shadow and a baked bluch...i loved them all!!! So i am now a huge fan! :-) Oh and those eye shadows i didn't like, well if you put the glitter over a soild color it works out well :-)

So I've picked up a few products from this line in the past few weeks. The glitter liquid liner in the teal color is simply amazing. The purple "Venus" curling mascara does not keep a curl, and does not look purple except in extremely bright direct sunlight, so I wouldn't bother with it-- I'm returning it. The "Ginormous" mascara in carbon black while it did lengthen and define my lashes fairly well, did not volumize. I'm still looking forward to trying new things from the line, though :-)

i have tried the concealer, primer,and the cream eyeshadow that comes in a stick. since i am in my 30's the concealer did not work for me. i did not like the primer. it was very greasy and it turned my foundation an orange color. i love the cream shadow in the retractable stick. they are very sticky and make my eyeshadow last all day. i own 12. as long as you use thin coats they work great. i also must say that i do not have oily eyelids so i don't know how it would work for someone who does.

i also tried 3 of the mascaras. the curl up and die mascara did not work at all. it showed up black and not purple and did not keep my curls. the blue mascara i tried was a beautiful blue color on my lashes until it dried and turned black. the 3rd mascara i tried was the gold glitter one. i like it. as long as i use it over black the glitter shows up pretty good.

I have the honeymoon baked blush too which is an awesome MSF dupe, the balm girls lip balm isn't great but isn't horrible either and I have the metallic shadow stick and it sucks the biggest one ever! It creases horribly even over udpp and with shadow to set it, never again! I'm going to try the concealer palette now, I've been wondering about it!

We were tickled pink when we saw hard candy at wally world. I have tried the lipstick and it's nice. feels good on, the color (painted lady) is a bit sheer, which I like, but staying power is limited, which is actually ok cause that gives you reason to pull out the cute little tube and apply often :) I've been thinking about trying the concealer, so thanks for reviewing that one!
