Rappolos original solo is one of the best clarinet solos in recorded jazz, to my mind.

This is defenatly not roppolo, This is the same version of that is on the 80'th anniversary box set of RCA victor jazz. It lists Cordella on clarinet.

Yes. I used to have it on a 45 rpm record but it got lost somewhere many years ago. I thought that Paul Mares was great on it. I seem to remember it had the verse on it too. I'd really appreciate hearing it again.

It's not Rappolo, but Cordella, but it's Rappolo' original solo, played note by note.

Not Rappolo on this version. This is the RCA version with Charlie Cordilla taking the clarinet solo. Rappolo is on the Colombia. they were recorded a few days apart.
